Actually the slowest chipotle I’ve ever been to. The line is always out the door and the wait time is always at least 20 minutes. I don’t understand. Food has always been fine but that wait time is unbearable.

I have never been overly impressed with Chipotle, as a Pescetarian they have never had many options for me, plus I prefer local places over chains; but I had a coupon for a free burrito and I was hungry so I figured give it another try. The new location in Parma is not that large, but is attractive with the industrial décor including lots of corrugated steel. The open kitchen gives you a good view of what is going on and I will stay it looks like they are working hard to keep the place clean. I had the sofritos(marinated tofu) burrito with almost everything except sour cream or guacamole. The burrito was a good amount of food, but what I found lacking was any really exciting flavors. Its not that anything was bad, its just that they were kind of bland and boring. While eating the burrito I went through about a quarter of a bottle of Tabasco. While I am a hot sauce fan, I especially like it when I get food that does not need anything added to it. A perfect example is when I go to Barrio I don’t even have to think about adding hot sauce. In addition I found it ironic that Chipotle has a whole essay on their bags how we should not be shortsighted about how we approach the world including not using disposable paper cups. Yet Chipotle had just given me a paper cup to drink out of and a paper bag, I did not need. I don;t want a chain restaurant overfeeding Americans to tell me how to be ecologically responsible. Of course your mileage may vary.

If you have another chipotle near you, go there instead. This is the second time I’ve come here at 3 on a weekend and the line was out the door. I’ve been here for 15 minutes already and there are still a ton of people ahead of me. I’m not sure why it’s so slow, but trust me it is. Food seems decent though.

I eat a lot of Chipotle and this is seriously the best one. The staff is always attentive and really paid attention when I’m ordering. They go out of their way to make sure my order is correct and they definitely don’t skimp on key ingredients. I would drive out of my way to go to this specific Chipotle. Long live Chipotle !

It’s hard to mess up Chipolte, but this location does it very well. Showed up 15 minutes after placing online order and the whole burrito was refrigerator cold. The«manager» didn’t want to hear anything about it. I will never stop eating Chipolte, but this location is easily the worst out of all I’ve been to. It’s worth the 10 minute drive to go to the one on tiedamen. Never have any issues there.

This chipotle has so many different employees working here that every time I come here I feel like I’m in a whole new location… The lines are always out door which is a bit ridiculous with the amount of workers I see working here… I remember at the original location the hippy lie only had 4 – 6 workers and they would bust their butts to make the line go away. Lines were rarely out the door and when they were, it was only for a brief moment(2 – 4 minutes). This location has a lot of young workers who talk and play around more than they actually work… Overall the food is consistent… Some of the workers are pretty stingy when it comes to providing you with portions.(By stingy I mean I asked for cheese on my burrito bowl and he guy with dreads put literally 5 strands of cheese on there and when I asked for more he told he it would be an up charge. What a joke!). Basically my review is mainly based on the service in this location… Food is good and taste just like any other chipotle.

I actually love new location more than the old one. This is the closest Chipotle to me, so I can’t really compare with others around the area. I know that they always have long lines here, that is why I usually watch my online lessons on my cellphone while I am in line. I actually love it. I tell myself I have about 15 minutes of waiting time, let’s use it smart. If I am at home and I want to buy Chipotle, I will probably just order online in advance, but again I don’t mind at all to slow down my day and patiently wait those 15 minutes. I didn’t have any problems with asking for extra rice or sour cream or beans. They always put the amount I asked them. Will you wait in line? Most likely yes. But this isn’t a problem for me at all. :)

The worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. This is the new location that they moved to/built as part of the shoppes of parma renovation. First off, they are inconsistent. Most of the time they are ungodly slow(most times). If you see a long line you may as bring a folding chair. I’ve observed this is partly due to the large volume of online orders they are serving simultaneous to the people in line(this is the only chipotle that seems to get this many online orders — others seem to restrict it a little) — other times just the line not paying attention. Secondly, usually the portions are small and they move so fast. For example, they scoop beans in a 1 second swoosh without draining them leaving you a puddle of mess in your bowl. Usually you get about 2oz of meat(probably less than half as other chipotles give you). And I usually happily pay the outrageous $ 2 for guacamole from chipotle because I like it, but here you need to get it on the side or else you’ll get a paltry serving size that would fit on a single chip. Thirdly, if you do happen to order online. Don’t leave until you double check your order because they will forget things. Everytime I’ve been here and people have come back because their order is missing something(like dressing, side of salsa, chips). But it’s chipotle so they’ll keep cranking. Personally if I’m craving chipotle it’s probably worth the 5 – 10 minute drive to the next closest one.
