Pazzos Grand Ballroom at the Paradise Center

Renee and Sara were very good to work with. They would always return my calls and answer my questions. We had to change our date twice — second time being out of our hands. My father in law was diagnosed with a terminal illness and we had to push our date up. After paying a change the date fee once a few months earlier — Renee demanded us pay a second fee. After speaking about this multiple times — Renee was nice enough to waive the second fee .
The night of the wedding everything was beautiful. We had two major issues. When we first arrived — the one bartender told us we did not have enough beer when we knew we had plenty. This clearly put us in a bad mood BC this was the very first thing they told us. There’s nothing we could have done if we wanted to besides send a guest to pick up more. She insisted she’s been doing this for years and we were going to run out. Three months later we are still finishing the leftover beer … The bartenders had specific orders on what alcohols were to be served to the guest and the bridal party. They were serving bridal party alcohol to the guest which we clearly didn’t buy a lot of. The bartender then got an attitude with me after I told her it wasn’t supposed to be out and being served to the guest. I was upset for some time after that .
When my maid of honors went to give their speech — the projector didn’t work. The day before the wedding they were there for three hours setting it up. Yes it was their projector and computer. They had it working perfect. Needless to say — the day after the wedding — a cord was missing and that was the reason it was not working. The maid of honors speech was ruined and it clearly didn’t happen. To this day we have no clue what happened to the cord seeings the only people there were the hall employees .
I put a call into Pazzo’s that Monday after the wedding regarding this mess. Renee was on vacation so Sara told me Renee would call me as soon as she got back in. Three months later im still waiting for a call .
The food was amazing — the setup was beautiful — but was it worth the price? If I could go back I would look around at more hall options before making my final decision.

My brother in law and new sister in law had their wedding here on Saturday night, 5÷17÷2014. I had never been here before and had heard good things. The wait staff were all very nice and friendly. It is a very nice place to hold your wedding reception or other function. The room was clean and attractive (no ghastly carpet or wallpaper), the bathrooms were very nice and the food was delicious! The reception had about 115 guests and the room didn’t feel too spacious or too small. It was the perfect size. I was worried about parking since it’s in a strip mall of stores but we had no issues with parking and I was late to cocktail hour since I was waiting for our daughter to wake up from her nap. I will be recommending this establishment to my friends and family.

I was in charge of coordinating the Holdiay Party for my company last year so we used Pazzo’s for their catering. The food was fantastic! Everyone loved the variety, and they especially enjoyed the leftovers we had the next day!
This holiday season I received emails from my old coworkers (I left that job for another) saying that they still went with Pazzo’s again this year and they were very pleased yet again!
