It’s impossible to schedule anything, they never answer the phone and don’t answer emails. I actually think they shut down but forgot to update their website and let the customers know. I have a coupon that I can’t use now and can’t get my money back because I can’t get in touch with anyone. I’m very disappointed and frustrated.

The first time I scheduled an appointment here back in January, I got an email 2 hours before my appointment saying it was cancelled, which I thought was pretty unprofessional. I rescheduled and did end up getting a very good haircut, but my appointment wasn’t until weeks later. Since then I haven’t gotten back because trying to schedule an appointment is miserable. I have called at every time of day during their regular business hours and no one answers the phone. Their website scheduling is also down, so you are directed to another website and the only option for a cut to select is «living social cut/​condition» but there is no description of the service. There’s no reason that a business should be so hard to get in touch with if they expect to maintain a client base. I wish I had more to say about the quality of this place, but unfortunately I can’t even get back in!

The receptionist, Heather, went out of her way to try and get me a deal on Livingsocial to use towards this visit and told me about the monthly specials they run. What a friendly, clean environment it is there. Will definitely be going back

Not Very Happy Had my Eye brawls done and She tore my flesh right off and still Let my eye brawls a disaster. The Manager/​Owner suggested to see her to have them done next time. Still charged me $ 28

This is my second time here and both times are exceptional. The first time I had a cut and color done by Emi. She was very thorough and listened to what I wanted to get done. Since it was my first time here at the time, I was nervous because I’m very particular as who gets to cut my hair. I’ve always had long hair but I had way too much so, Emi was able to cut my hair the way I wanted and so did George Ann the second time. Both are experienced stylists and proves that they are truly the professionals. My sister come here to get hers done and I think I’m going to continue to come here. It’s fairly close to me and the people are super nice.
The prices are reasonable and they have a website where you can setup appointments. For those people who are busy and can’t get a chance to make a call during the day like me, this is a great way to do it. An email then gets sent back to you to confirm it.

My Savvy Salon experience was amazing! Not only did I receive excellent service from Brooke, the salon also helped me resolve a payment issue. I discovered Savvy here on Unilocal.I purchased the Unilocal Voucher to get some «hair maintenance» done for my wedding day. I live in Washington but was getting married in Ohio. I had to trust the reviews I read where accurate. They were! Brooke treated me with TLC since I’d never got waxed before. She was super friendly, kind, and did great work. The total charges were respectable. But I had forgotten about the Unilocal Voucher I purchased until after I got back to Washington. I called Savvy and explained that what happened. After a few calls and emails, they refunded me and used the voucher for the services I received nearly 3 weeks before. I truly appreciate them going out of their way to fix MY mistake. I definitely recommend Savvy Salon and I will definitely go back the next time I’m in Ohio!!!

Stephanie saved our day after a very disappointing experience with another stylist who works here. We were visiting as a bridal party for hair and makeup… three bridesmaids and one bride. We really wish that we could have booked Stephanie for everyone’s hair and makeup, but she is only one person! We are lucky that she was there to clean up the mess left behind on a couple of the bridesmaid’s hair and makeup experiences.

I’ll be honest. Parma is not a place where I think of a hidden gem waiting to be discovered lies. And then this place comes along and I’m hooked. The chairs are comfy, the décor stylish, and the atmosphere calming and energizing all at once. I’ve been there twice and I’ve found my new salon of choice. First time, took a chance on a Groupon for a haircut, smoothing treatment, and hair coloring. I got lucky and was scheduled with Christopher. And Christopher delivered. Spilt ends, gone. Haircut, stylish and yet kept in mind that my wedding was soon so no crazy color deviations or styles. Ah-​mazing!
Now wedding time coming up, I had both my make up and updo trials today with Stefanie. Normally, on Tuesdays they don’t open until 3pm and that’s my only day off until the wedding week comes up. Stefanie came in early, set me up well before the salon opened, and made my wedding look a reality. Great listener, friendly, and a pleasure to do business with. I’ll definitely come back!

I got the best bikini wax from Brooke! It was the most painless and easiest one I’ve ever gotten. I definitely recommend using her for your waxing needs. :)

I went today for the first time ever, got hair color, highlights, cut. My stylist did a very good job, and I am going back in two weeks.
Staff seems friendly, and I did see some nice styles going out the door. I am hoping that this establishment does a better job of cleaning up the place. It needs some work, and it is very sparse looking. That could be a deal breaker if they don’t do it in the near future.

Great place and friendly staff. I like the décor and the ambiance. Great music playing. Everything that was put in my hair was explained. They offered something to drink and pampered me. I loved the way the color turned out. The only reason for less than 5 stars is because I was less than in love with my new hair cut. It didnt look anything like the photo but it wasnt terrible either. I do recognize its hard to duplicate a hair cut from a photo but my sides werent blended quite like the photo and was very short specifically over my ears. Maybe it was my fault for not communicating myself clearly. Either way, it wasnt a terrible cut, just wasnt exactly what I was looking for. I would probably still go back though. Everyone was awesome!

Went for the first time and loved it! Every one is so nice and the salon looks amazing! They support local artist and the art inside is pretty cool.
I did my nails and hair and they both look amazing! I’ll be going there again soon.
