Best bakery for cakes in Cleveland. My wife and I got the Chocolate & Raspberry Truffle cake as our wedding cake almost 9 years ago and their Red Velvet cake for our rehearsal dinner, and we’ve been going here ever since. The cake is always moist and fresh, but the frosting is the best, and what puts this place over the top for us. The pricing is all around awesome as well! We have ordered several birthday cakes and cupcakes from here, and they’ve all been excellent. Can’t recommend them enough for any occasion.

Thumbs up. Great ownership, all the supplies you need, and they will do a very good job with your cake. I didn’t mention that their prices are in line as well. I will definitely consider then again for future events.

I went here looking for a certain cookie cutter that has been discontinued. Walked around, talked with the friendly man behind the counter, and sure enough, found what I wanted. The store has many different cake pans, melting chocolates, candy molds and stuff like that. Their prices seem on par for Michael’s or Jo Ann’s. The only thing that I didn’t like was that it has a funny smell in the store, but that is easily over looked. If and when I need a special baking supply or item, I’ll check here before one of the box stores.

I love Tapp’s! We got our 4-​tier wedding cake at Tapp’s. They were, by far, the most reasonably priced bakery for wedding cakes. I’m pretty sure I changed the design four times but they were patient with me. I was even able to buy a mini version of a tier to see if I liked it and I’m so glad I did because I scrapped that idea and ended up with something I loved. I’ve since ordered other cakes from there and I’ve been pleased. Their cakes are delicious but not too sweet.
