This place is a scam. I recently had an iPhone issue, it just wouldn’t start, so I had no phone. I went in and the wait was long. He told me I could come back OR he could take down my info and, through email, he could order me a replacement bc I was still in warranty. Lovely! So we email, he get my info and says it will be there by tues. Tues comes, no phone, I activated an old phone and called Verizon. No record of the phone ever being ordered. He called the store, no one knows what I’m talking about. The guy is a CREEP and should be FIRED. I’ve had Verizon since 2003 and this is PATHETIC. His name is ERICCONWAY. Do not do business here!

Do not go to Verizon on day drive! They have the worst possible customer service. They do not give a damn about the customers. They do everything they can to make sure each client is over charged so they make a high commission cut. My sister and I recently upgraded our phones. We were told six different things, and none of them made sense. After all was said and done, I noticed a dew things weren’t right. So the following day I went back. I talked to a different gentleman who was very nice, but still problems are not fixed. My billing cycle doesn’t end until the 2nd. And today i received and an email saying I owe over 100 dollars MORE than what we agreed to. And its due in two(ish) weeks! This is completely messed up and absolutely ridiculous. I might just pay to get out of their contract because of all this.

Verizon, what a joke. I used to love their customer service. Now it doesn’t seem to exist. Full of dumb mo fo’s who don’t know their ass from a hole in the wall. What’s that revol… no contracts with $ 260 cancellation fees… sign me up.
