Sad to say this was a very bad experience for my family. We dined in, it was not busy at all inside. Poorly trained staff at counter never questioned why I was standing at the counter for over 10 minutes. Told me they were short staffed. Odd since he just stood at the register and did nothing to service us at the counter. After speaking to the manager she finally placed the cold food that had been sitting for over 10 minutes onto the tray. When I told her this was the worst customer service I had seen, she said«Sorry…I have no time for this…» Well, I have no time to ever come back to this or any BK for my business. Poor customer service, bad managerial skills and cold food do not deserve my business. Looks like BK Corp has some retraining to do at this Parrish location.

I was here last Saturday and commended how pleasant my experience was. Not so today. Was at the drive up speaker at 10:29am to order breakfast and was told we stopped serving at 10:30. I stated it was 10:29 the girl stated we are now doing lunch only. I started waiting at the drive up at 10:25 and at the speaker by 10:29. Shows you how employees can turn a great experience into a lousy one. Guess I’ll give my business back to McDonald’s.

The difference in a bad fast food restaurant and a good one is always the caliber of employee and management. It’s obvious that the owners of this Burger King also understand this. They get it right. With fast and friendly service they will call you by name go out of their way to help you and deliver good flame broiled food. If you’ve been to other BK’s in the area and passed. Don’t miss this one. It’s different and it’s good.
