Terrible customer service. I’ve gone a couple of times now. It’s definitely a quiet store with not much traffic. The two workers can’t even be bothered to look up from their phones and computers when you walk in. When you finally stand in front of them and greet them they will ask you what you need. Terrible service is the first killer. The second is the early closing. I had a major phone issue that had to be resolved at a store. So I called the store to double check their hours that were noted online. I rushed to the store to make sure I got there in time only to find it completely closed and locked up– 20 minutes early. This store should really be closed because they only cause frustration for the customer and a bad reputation for the company.
