Caggiano Orthodonics

My son got his braces on yesterday and it went very smoothly. He loves his box of tools he can use to keep his teeth clean. And the backpack of soft foods is such a nice touch! Very happy with the whole staff.

The office is clean, conveniently located, with good parking and has very modern equipment. The staff is always kind and friendly and they usually have some kind of cute contest running for the kids. Dr Caggiano is excellent. Conservative in his approach — he’s not going to stick someone in braces who wouldn’t benefit from them. I feel he keeps his patients’ overall well-​being and their end result in mind when recommending a course of treatment. We recommend the practice to anyone looking for an orthodontist as an adult or for their child.
We have used dr Caggiano for 2 adult treatments and recently began seeing him for our daughter so we have been to his office quite often over the last four years and have found our experiences to be consistently excellent.

I first loved this orthodontist. Dr. Caggiano did a great job straightening my teeth. I went back to have a few things repaired. I was told at the front it would be one total price, so I paid it in full. Now recently I received a bill asking for more money regarding that same transaction. I’m beyond furious! You can’t just tell a patient it’s one price and then come back and ask for more money after I paid everything. Be very careful and keep all your receipts.

I went to him for a quote, he seemed nice and straight forward.
He wanted me to do «the works» (expander, only certain types of braces)
He was the only one I visited that offered all of that, but the others said I didn’t need it.
I am an adult patient and I think that affected it, otherwise just get different opinions.
