Willie O. is full of shit! Never saw one bug in the 17 years i’ve been frequenting fudd. Great food … great casual atmosphere– though they never did fix the fireplace … please take care of that manager!

Oh yes! I remember there used to be a Fuddruckers in NYC(east side) l back in the early 90’s. That was my favorite Resturant back then! I miss that place so much. The burgers and fries were absolutely delicious! The buns we’re especially out of this world! The closest Fto me now us in NEW Jersey. Kind of far, but not too bad of travel with a vehicles. Please please Fuddruckers, come back to the Big Apple. We miss you deeply!

This is one of 2 fudruckers left in NJ :(They have reconstructed it, updated it, and made improvements to the overall environment. It has less of a kids playground feel, but still welcoming to them. There is a guy who makes balloon animals too. The 1⁄3 pound burger was $ 9.60 and comes with unlimited fries. A drink was $ 2.60 more plus the cost of cheese if you want it. Overall, the price is just ok in my opinion because you are not being waited on, you build it yourself, and the restaurant is not fancy. Regardless, I do enjoy their burgers and fries so much that it doesn’t bother me. I prefer the option for no fries and just the cost of a burger, but they did away with that probably for an increase in profit. The buns really make the burger here. They are soft with a little crispy bite. The burger is fairly average, nothing too special but the main reason I love fudruckers is because you can add any toppings you want. They also have 2 types of hot cheese sauces and plenty of condiments… which I love. This time the burger was dry but after everything I added it was just as good as I remember it. The soda options are endless from dr. Pepper to root beer to Jones soda. They have the fancy coke machine too where you add flavors to your preferred soda. The customer service was very good and the girl at the register was very nice and friendly. They were cleaning constantly and on top of everything. It was clean which is not always a standard everywhere else. While it was a 30 minute drive, I would go back for sure. We had birthday coupons which I suggest signing up for on their webite. It took $ 5 off each order which made it a great deal this time. I wish they had more fudruckers around. It’s still one of my favorites and always will be!

The place smells of cheap and old frier oil. A bug crawled up my arm while I was eating. Never eating at this dump again. Only positive is the 500 flavor Coke machine.

What’s going on with their bathroom? Smells like the sewer line broke. Don’t think I’ll return considering I almost barfed after a quick trip to the loo.

As far as a quick-service burger joint goes, this place is pretty good. The food is a little bit greasy, but I mean what exactly would you expect? The fries are delicious and the burgers are big and juicy. I’ve only been here during off-hours, so not too crowded, but the space is very large and I would imagine they’d have no trouble accommodating a large lunch or dinner crowd. Plenty of seating available. Pleasant staff. I’d so much rather go here than McDonald’s!

The Good: Came in on a Sunday afternoon and everything was pretty well cleared out. Little wait for anything be it ordering or actually getting the food. Also noteworthy were the TV’s which had on the Yankees and some Little League WS action. Also neat is that they offer things like two flavors of fountain Jones Soda plus(I’ll never try it though) fountain chocolate soda. The Bad: The area where the condiments were was filthy and this Fudd’s really skimps on the toppings. Most Fudd locations have the usual ketchup, mustard, regular cheese, jalapeño cheese, mayo, A-1, Heinz 57, BBQ Sauce, Worcestershire, Tabasco and Malt Vinegar at a minimum. This Fudd’s had the usual ketchup, mustard, mayo, cheeses and past that maybe A-1 but overall that area was empty. Is this all they offer or is the staff that apathetic at refilling things? The Ugly: I asked for two three cheese burgers which is a Fudd’s standard at the other dozen locations I’ve been to but here I was told that they didn’t offer that and I was redirected to some kind of a special burger that was a big ball of slop. Cheese everywhere, beef everywhere and bacon on some giant ass Texas Toast. If I were looking for that, awesome. But I didn’t want that yet I got redirected to it. Maybe the girl who took my order shouldn’t have been fooling with her phone as we approached her and during when I ordered but whatever. Either way the burger was a big pile of oily, greasy shit that I couldn’t imagine anyone wanting to order. On a slightly better note, the fries were fantastic although that gets negated by our pager going off to find multiple baskets of food sitting on the counter which led to a guess between myself and three other people as to who ordered what with no staff around to offer any assistance. I’ve been to probably a dozen Fudd Locations from coast to coast and honestly this one on the inside particularly in the back dining room probably looks the nicest. But, and this is a big but, what does that matter when the toppings that you have come to expect are not there and the staff quite honestly couldn’t have cared less? For me, this place in the future became flyover territory as it costs too much to be this mediocre.

Best burger I ever had. The southwest burger is perfect! The selection of sodas is great too. The Jones Birch and root beers are great.

My 4 year old daughter is a huge, huge fan. Me too. But I use her as an excuse. We go almost weekly. I’ve been there on each day of the week, lunch and dinner. There’s definitely a noticeable difference when they are busier. They try to clear the tables pretty quickly which probably takes away from other things, like the fixins bar, sauce refilling, etc. It gets pretty crowded quickly sometimes, and I’d imagine keeping up with those things gets difficult. It has gotten a bit worse recently — as far as the soda machine running out of flavors, the sauce squirters being empty, etc. The bathroom, for the most part, is almost always a disaster(which I blame just as much on customers, really people?!). It is really clean though when it’s quieter. I’d give 5 stars if it was tip top all the time, and if the manager didn’t rub me the wrong way sometimes. The burgers are great though. There are so many different types and topping combinations. The prices are great. You get free melted cheese to go with your fries, or apples in my daughter’s case. The other items on the menu are good too! My mom shuffles those around. I’m too hooked on their burgers. My daughter usually varies her kids meals, but she does not like the grilled cheese at all. Too much bread. Sometimes they have balloon animal guys walking around and that draws us in as well. We went to another establishment on Saturday after our activities because we knew Fudds would probably be packed. The quality was way lower and we paid much more. It made me appreciate Fudds even more!

I went to this Fuddruckers in June 2015. My elderly mother wanted a burger so I took her based on my experience from previous visits to other Fuddruckers. This was a big mistake. Place was not as clean as should be. The fixin bar seemed overlooked by the staff. The food was meh. I will go to a Fuddruckers again, just not this one.

Fudds is awesome! I had the original grilled chicken sandwich and all you can eat fudd fries. I was able to top my chicken sandwich with the unlimited toppings bar, which is included with all meals at no extra charge. This restaurant also has the coke machine with over 150 different flavored which is always a plus. The fudd fries were fresh and had great flavor. They come with a type of seasoning which is outstanding. The only downside to fuddruckers is the price is a little expensive, but in my opinion you absolutely get what you pay for!

Exactly what you want from a burger restaurant. Good atmosphere, free style soda, unlimited fries. This fudds has beer and is very well managed and maintained. The burgers are juicy and there is unlimited toppings.

This location is outstanding. Burgers/Sandwiches are always fresh and cooked to order. Condiments/toppings bar is the ultimate in customization. Any time you can cover something in cheese sauce gets an: up: from me. Of the few times I’ve been to this location and they’ve given me undercooked sweet potato fries, the kitchen has been quick in accommodating. I’ve had the manager come by and bring me fresh fries, cooked through, and I am not the type to hold it against a restaurant. Prices are great for what you get. For a chain, everything is fresh, and that’s a rarity.

Second time my boyfriend and I have been there and it’s pretty great food for a type of fast food place! Lots of variety of items and I love the condiment bar. Got one of the smaller burger which could maybe have a smaller bun. I think they use the same bun for all the burger sizes so a smaller one would be better but otherwise great lunch and pretty clean too!

Been coming here for years and have NEVER been disappointed with a burger. As a burger snob, I’m still amazed at how this chain restaurant can hand craft a chop-meat burger better than any local bar/grill. The meat is always soft, seasoned, the perfect thickness, and cooked exactly how I ask. The rolls are buttered, toasted, and never fall apart under the 1 pound weight of beef and juices that pour out of this burger fit for a king. Unlimited steak fries and a galleria of sauces leave you with choice overload. Embrace it and try a little of everything. The Texas Petal sauce… Amazing, they should bottle and sell it. This place may be much smaller than it used to be but I don’t go to restaurants for aesthetics or service, I only go for the food. Many other Fuddruckers have gone out of business lately and I intend to do my part and keep this place alive and well for years to come.

Burgers are still good. Not as good as Five Guys but they are good. The place has been completely remodeled so no more freezing bathrooms or ripped furniture. My only criticism is the lack of clean tables. They seem to take quite awhile to clear off the tables. Been here a few times since the remodel and have noticed this before. All in all a good restaurant though.

It’s sad that this is the closest Fuddruckers to me in North Jersey. It’s over a half hour drive but if your weekend shopping takes you in this direction, def make sure you stop in. There is a sports bar connected to this Fuddruckers with a separate entrance(don’t miss out on your burger at Fudds!). The burgers are still fantastic. They have the fixings bar and the sauce station. They also have some pretty great draft beer deals($ 5.80 for a 32 ounce Blue Moon!). The dining area near the cash registers is small but there’s a much larger back room. There’s a good amount of TVs here and they have NFL Sunday Ticket. If you go on a non Sunday though, all the TVs are set to CNN or Fox News. After you finish your meal here(and drink your tall beer or gallons of soda), you’ll be tempted to take a nap at the Days Inn behind here. If you do, get the king suite because it has a jacuzzi in it, score!

Well wow, this is the first time I’ve been to a Fuddruckers in 2 years. My friends and I came to visit the Fuddruckers location in Parsippany to have a birthday lunch. The menu is fairly large and the customization you can make to a burger is vast. For the more adventurous eater, the Fudds exotic burger choices include elk and ostrich. For those who are not burgers fans in particular, there are other choices on the menu that can cover your needs including wraps and salads. I ended up choosing the Kobe beef burger with the guacamole option on top. Now I don’t claim to be a burger expert by any stretch, but I liked the burger I had. The burger was juicy, cooked well(medium as requested), and enjoyable. The fries are also unlimited with the meal. Personally I was stuffed by the time I finished the burger, but the fries are a useful option for diners that are particularly hungry or just simply want more(just ask at the counter for it!) While fixings bars can often be hit or miss, this fixings bar was clean and fresh. The vegetables were still in great shape and not looking as if they have been sitting out for hours. The drink variety is very vast with different alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks that can fill your needs. For soda lovers, the coca-cola machine they have is a godsend. Finally, they have a bar in the restaurant for those who are interested in that. All in all, I enjoyed my experience here at Fuddruckers in Parsippany, NJ. The burger combo will set you back about $ 10 – 12 dollars depending on what you choose, so just keep that in mind for price range. The staff was friendly, the place is suitable for kids(there is a kids menu!), and the food in my opinion was satisfying. I can confidently say that Fuddruckers will see more business from me in the future. Happy Dining!
