New to this whole scene. Walked into Good Guys not really knowing what to buy or what to even ask for. Friendly staff and atmosphere. Natalie was fantastic, super patient and helpful! She made suggestions and let me try numerous flavors, until I found the one I really liked. Thank you! Definitely recommend and will return

Good guys vape is hands down the best vape shop in the Parsippany area. they have the best prices. You can pretty much find most of the premium e juices and mods in the market at a better price then most online vendors. Also the staff are very helpful and professional. Definitely recommend them.

Went to this shop for the first time and the experience was great. The girl behind the counter was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. They have an awesome selection, and their prices are great. This store will definitely be home base for all my supplies.

Pretty good shop! Nothing original or different but the employees seemed cool. Prices were average for a nice Vape shop comparable to most. So prices are fair.

I’ve been to a lot of vape shops, and these guys are the best! Knowledgeable, friendly staff! They have great products at very reasonable prices! If you’re in the area, these are the guys to go to! I’m in the midst of trying to quit smoking, and they helped give me the confidence that vaping would help the process and educated me to know that it is definitely not worse than smoking which is what a lot of people who don’t know about vaping have said to me. They’re opening their vape bar soon! Can’t wait to try it!

Doesn’t get much better than this. Most definitely the most hospitable, relaxed, and overall quality smoke lounge/​vape store I have been to to date. First came here due to several recommendations from friends, and I was surely pleased. Virtually every vape and vape accessory I have bought here so far.
Pros: Excellent service, kind, helpful, and knowledgeable staff, reasonable prices, good quality products.
Cons: None so far!

I liked this place when I first went in. I visit two locations Parsippany and Pompton Lakes. All the employees are very friendly and knowledgable. So The first e-​cig I bought was an e leaf. Loved it… two weeks later it broke. Took it back to them. They said no refunds. I was pretty pissed because it wasn’t cheap and the breakage was of no fault of mine. I bit the bullet and bought another one but a cheaper model. The Vision Spinner worked great. Three days later that one broke. Once again no fault of mine… Took it back to the store and once again, no refunds. So now I’m really pissed but being that I don’t want to go back to smoking I buy yet another one. Same model and the guy was cool enough to give me 10% off. Which is really no big deal but at least he made an effort. Took that one home and within a week guess what happened. Yea, You f-​ing guessed it. it broke in the same way!!! WTF!!! knowing the policy I don’t even bother going back to the store. I call the company directly at 973 321 8928. No answer not even a recording! I left a message to explain my situation but nobody called back. That was two days ago. So in conclusion I think that if a store is going to sell me something and they have a no refund no return policy then they must know they are selling me a piece of shit product. And with a name like Good Guy Vapes they certainly aren’t good when it comes to replacing a defective product. Therefore I will never go back again and i definitely would not recommend. FU God Guy Vapes!

I went in the other day to get my first e-​cig, not knowing much about it. The staff were very friendly and helpful and guided me right to the «beginner’s» vapes, without trying to push me into getting anything more expensive. What I got was not expensive at all, about $ 10 for the battery and about $ 5 for the tank, plus $ 3 for a charger. And they give a 10% discount to first-​time customers.
They have a rack of tanks with samples of the e-​juices they carry, and you can get a disposable rubber tip and try the samples all you want. I think I tried almost every sample they had, there was no rush.
Once I was ready to make my purchase, Mario walked me through everything I need to know to get up and running and to care for it.

Best store in Morris county. Good service with wide selection of low-​high end vaping gear. In house juice is great while also having a lot of premium juices. All non vapers welcome. ²⁰⁄₂₀

This is by far one of the best Vape shops I’ve been in. Very friendly staff and everything is priced fairly. I already have a lot of gear but I still stop in and buy something just for the heck of it. A battery here and there a new atty etc. I just wish they would stock more parts. O-​rings and small screws etc.

Awesome people and great service. I am a hotel General Manager and sometimes a service snob. I walked in and all 3 – 4 employees were attentive and friendly. Even though they were assisting other customers I was acknowledged as I walked in. Very patient as I tried their different juices. Was looking for something new and possibly an every day go to. After choosing two, one was out of stock so they gave me their tester refill bottle which was slightly more than half full for free! Was blown away by the courtesy they extended. Prices are excellent with a great selection. I will go back to Good Guy Vapes from now on and will refer anyone who asks my front desk (surprisingly we do get this question) at the hotel. Thanks and will be back again.

The best place to go for vapes/​juice. Very helpful staff. They have a juice bar where you can (hygienically) try out almost all the flavors they have available. Great deal on their in house ejuice-​buy four get one free. Very helpful and knowledgable, they know all the tricks of the trade. Vaping was very intimidating to me at first and I didn’t know what to buy or expect after quitting smoking and wanting to make the switch– GGV ‘held my hand’ and explained everything I needed to know. Great hours also.
