I’ve purchased from Kelly’s several times over the years and have always had the best experience with superior service. The owner is usually in the store and will do what he can to make the customers happy. Several Friends & family members have also bought furniture here with only positive outcomes. I’ve found the prices to be excellent & the product quality is good. If your in the market for furniture try them and you’ll be happy you did.

it was many years ago that I purchased a table and chairs from kellys, i think John and I were young men then, wow that was a while ago. Well back to Kellys for another table and chairs but this time for my daughter, what a selection she had to pick from, service was great and Price is always right. Kellys is a family business and I got to tell you We are always treated like Family.

I purchased a table from Kelly’s Dinettes. When I picked the table up from the store (which was wrapped in a cardboard cover) and brought it home, I discovered that there was a scratch on the table. I have attempted to get in contact with the store multiple times now. John (the owner) claims that he will have a driver come out to the house to fix the damage as a «favor» — that it is not his policy to go out to customer’s houses to fix items that were damaged upon purchase if it was not delivered by them… a policy that he conveniently forgot to mention when we purchased the table. John has also failed to actually send drivers to our house to fix the table. It has been 2 weeks. He has called us back exactly once and said that they’ll get to our house when they get there. Worst customer service ever. Buyer beware — if you have any issues with your purchase, this store will absolutely not support you.
** Update: ** Kelly’s Dinettes finally did call to make an appointment to fix the table… after the conversation described above happened and after I posted this review. I am not sure if correlation implies causation here, but at least they did the right thing eventually.

Sales people friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful, not pushy at all. I ordered custom made bar stools and we picked them up at the store because I was too excited to wait longer for delivery. I chose the style, added arms, chose the finish, and the seat covers. They are absolutely beautiful and I get compliments every time I have guests over.
