I have been going to this location and the one, if it is still there, in Woodbridge for many years. For the most part a satisfying and smooth experience, however, at times hiccups here and there that have been in the way of getting past a three star mark.
They have always been responsive in solving problems, which is actually better than those experiences where places truly don’t give a – you know what — about the customer, so the result is simply sometimes having to go through a longer than needed process.

How long does it take to replace two drip rail seals — rubber seals that run around the doors? Depends where you do it.
– At Paul Miller Land Rover, Parsippany it took 2 months and two visits. A month later the seals started coming off again. And in the process they managed to scratch the car paint and stain the vehicle inside.
– At Ray Catena the whole job was done in less than a day.
Next time when choosing where to service your car, the choice is obvious.
My advice is — stay away from Paul Miller Land Rover, Parsippany.
