Outstanding customer service! A month ago I called on a Friday afternoon to rekey a door at a rental unit and Roland came out at 4pm that day! Very professional and reasonable, said I would definitely use him again.
So, just this morning I called Roland again, and he came out to my rental house within 3 hours of my calling and was even early! To top it off, after he left I finished up a phone conversation and then got in my vehicle to go home, only to find out my battery had died! I called to see if he was still in the area and although he was a bit away already, he came back and helped me push my car and jump by battery. Unbelievably wonderful man!
Roland, thank you again so much, you are not only a prompt and professional locksmith, but a one of a kind truly nice man!
