i find the staff always willing to help and very knowledgeable. They may be higher then other hardware stores but they are convenient and you can’t say enough about customer service

Three times I’ve gone into the store they are not helpful their prices are way too high. And on two occasions I went in for specific items in their ad and they did not have the items and on top of that they’re not even friendly about inconveniencing you. Go the extra distance to Home Depot do yourself a favor.

Bird repellant repels good customers.
This location has these awful devices on the ceiling that click at a very high frequency to repel birds, but they hurt me as well! I cant hardly think when I go in there and I try to get out again as soon as possible because of the noise. My ears still hurt a half hour after leaving.
Apparently the staff receives complaints about the noise all the time, but the owner won’t get a clue. Too bad.
Normally I like to support local businesses like this and they are very well stocked and convenient, but I will not be going back due to those little devices. Home Depot here I come :(
