Alex and his team did an awesome job for my engagement photos and my wedding, honestly Alex was almost like a wedding coordinator the way he helped smooth the way for our big day! He even sewed the button back on my husbands jacket when he popped it off by accident, which was a lifesaver (makes me laugh thinking about it). His pricing was beyond reasonable and he was more than willing to be flexible with hours to accommodate my Chinese/​Western mixed wedding scheduling (vow ceremony/​tea ceremony in the morning with a break in between before reception).
He is a perfectionist and is dedicated in taking the perfect shot, just be patient with the «one more» and you will end up with some lovely pictures as a result: D We liked him so much we hired him for maternity photos as a gift to my sister-​in-​law and her husband for their first baby and they had nothing but great things to say about him as well. We look forward to hiring him for any future events, hopefully a maternity one sometime in the near future (as promised ;D).

What an excellent photographer!!!
If you are looking for a photographer for your wedding, you must hire him. You will have memorable pictures from his artistic works. Also, he is a great man who is flexible, polite, humorous, and so on. If I want to have my 50 anniversary wedding, I will definitely hire him again.

To simply say for those of you who do not like reading long reviews: have Alex be your photographer.
Alex being a skillful photographer is already on the table. What is extraordinary about him is his character, humility, and flexibility.
Additionally, his passion to create the best quality of memories as possible creates fascinating and satisfying photos.
Have him be your man.

My extended family and I booked Alex for a family photo session with about a week’s notice. He was accommodating with times and arrived early for the appointment. Our family has 5 kids 4 and under including a couple babies and Alex was very patient about waiting when one of the kids threw up and needed an outfit change, and took his time getting great shots both outside and inside. He brought some great creative ideas, and also interspersed candids in with the formal shots. It was a great session and the photos turned out beautifully! We would love to use him again in the future.

My wife and I approached Alex about a year ago to do our engagement and wedding photos. I was drawn to him because the photos on his website were always sharp/​in focus, tastefully done, and captured good moments happening. After meeting him in person I was convinced by his polite and funny personality which I knew would work well when trying to take photos at the wedding venue.
Our photos are all done now, and I can say without hesitation that Alex exceeds expectations given his price point. He skillfully took creative/​art photographs for our engagement session and was able to transition to documentary style photographs for our wedding. We were very pleased with Alex and strongly recommend him for engagement/​wedding photos.

You won’t regret booking Alex for your photo needs. He was easy to work with and he explained to us very well what to expect of him. We had no problems during the planning and during our event. Alex and his team went above and beyond to take wonderful photos of my family, friends, bride and I. We love the final edited photos. He gave us CDs with all the photos, for us to do what we want with them.
