I wish I could give them 0 starts! They are racist, rude, deceptive, arrogant and bully! I went up there today for my inline bowling class and inquires the guy about prices since I’m a student. He told me it’s $ 3 for a game and $ 3.50 for shoes, I asked him if I bring my own shoes and he said then you don’t have to get shoes. I had my 15 mo with me so I asked him if he had a high chair, he said no in a very rude way. I told him that I’m going to go get my stroller.
I bought the shoes went home, got my stroller and came back. When i tried to purchase the game, he asked me what size shoes do I want and I told him that I already have mine. He got upset. Then when I tried to purchase the game, he came up with the excuse «oh, we don’t take card under $ 5» I told him that why didn’t he tell me this earlier. He said in a very rude way that «I can’t read your mind and go use that a in the front» i asked him why isn’t there any sign that says that there don’t accept cards $ 5? He said «I’m don’t arguing with you, leave right now, the door is there» I asked him if that machine charged any money, «he said again «I don’t know and leave» I told him that I’m talking to you politely despite the fact that you’re being very rude to me and he showed me the hand that «the door is there» I had an assignment due. I was literally in tears. The guy standing next to him told me the machine charged $ 2. I asked him to call the manger, the rude guy told me he is the manager and when I asked his name, he said Doña is the manger and she’s not here right now. I told him that I was going to report him to bbb and to my school, and that’s when he started calling my name when I was leaving. NEVER GO THERE EVER!

The place was clean. However, this location is not little kid friendly at all. At other bowling alleys, they provide helper ramps for small children. This place has one but they would not allow us to use it as they designated handicapped only. The employees were extremely rude. This was my first and last visit.
