Awesome customer service! I bought this beautiful set of necklace and earrings, and lost one of the earring. They didn’t have the same earrings at the store anymore so they call the artist and ask to remake the same one. They also mail it to me after receiving the earring from the artist! I am one super happy customer! Thank you!

Love shopping here. I always find something that looks good, fits well, and goes with the things I already own. They carry things that give that special touch, right down to accessorizing. Everyone working there is so helpful and caring. You feel right at home. Fun to just stop by and find the right thing!

I love this store. Their clothes are definitely my style (and they have plenty of plus size clothing… woooo!) I don’t think I’ve ever encountered friendlier staff anywhere. It’s a small shop but it puts a lot of bigger boutiques to shame. Honestly, I wish I had enough money to buy everything in the store that would fit.

I love the selection of clothes at Atelier Femme because everything I buy here is something I feel like wearing all the time. Its a unique boutique because the clothes are fashionable AND classic, which makes them a valuable addition to your wardrobe for years to come. I shop here because I know that I will find everything I am looking for, dressy or casual. This is one of Pasadena’s gems, they always have great events, with music and great company!!! Can’t wait to go shopping here again soon.

I love the clothes and their service.
Be truly honest, they carry my jewelry at the store. I said good things about them is not because I have to but the store is actually a great gem (get it… LOL. Jeweler humor). As the matter of fact, whenever I do a trunk show, I ended up paying them because I can’t control myself not buying clothes and purses there. What I love the most is that they will give their true opinion. Not just pushing sales but truly help you enhance your beauty and hide your flaws. Just check it out yourself.

I love and appreciate every single part of Atelier! From the first day I walked into the store until now, I have always gotten the most phenomenal customer service! Sandy, Anne, and Juliana have always made my shopping experience wonderful! I get calls and emails when my favorite designers bring new items in, and they pay attention to your likes! You just don’t see that attention to detail anymore …

I really recommend this very quaint and lovely boutique. Sandy the owner is so helpful and her staff are all so friendly.
She has very nice clothes and accessories. A good place to find that perfect outfit for a special event, or just nice quality clothes. The jewelry designers make the most one-​of-​a-​kind pieces.
