I am currently moving into the area, and Brookside Property Management has helped me with this process. I have a strict deadline of when I need a place, and the professionalism and help of the staff has helped me reach that. Wow, what can I say! Very professional staff, clear communication, available via email phone, and in person. I was provided an application on the spot and quickly set up with an appointment to view the property. Jessica was reliable, friendly and followed up with any questions that I had. Thank you Brookside for finding me a rental apartment with my busy schedule! They have several very well-​kept properties all over the LA county but they also have a tenant placement service where Matt, their coordinator can help you without all the stress of searching. Matt found numerous apartments that I loved and within my budget! I was pre-​qualified for more than one and I had the option to choose. Couldn’t be happier with the apartment I’m in and would not hesitate to reach out again when I’m looking for a home or to refer Brookside.
