Absolutely Rude staff. Grandma has been a patient for 10YEARS. Came in for an appointment this morning and was denied to see the doctor. I called twice this week and staff did not bother to tell me her insurance planned was changed without her knowledge. Not only that but they said I needed his referral to have her see a surgery center. All this after having an awful experience at Huntington Hospital. After explaining that to them they were rude and denied any contact with her doctor. The manager simply left the front desk like nothing happened. Grandma is in tears now

This is really sad I even have to write this type of review. He’s a great doctor, very smart, great bedside manner and takes the time to listen to his patients. However, if I could just review his office in its entirety, I would give it a failing grade. His office is by far the most incompetent staff I have ever experienced– ever. At first I thought that it was just a fluke, but I have learned it’s not. Time after time dealing with his staff is painstaking and I’d rather go to urgent care than to deal with this office. When I had needed a referral, I filled out all the needed information and even called my previous dr to expedite this process. I called his office after a couple of weeks when my new specialist had not received approval yet. I called the office and I found out they didn’t even submit it yet! They stated that I needed to fill out the form, when I reminded them I did in the office when I was there they said they would call me back. Several minutes later, suddenly(and magically) they found it and submitted it.(Fail) When my hubby needed forms filled out for a new job, he played phone tag with this office that span2WEEKS.(Unacceptable) despite him telling the office he had just been there a few months prior AND had made an appointment AND had the required documentation. This should’ve been done in several days not weeks, again I blame the incompetence of the staff. Then all I needed was a simple prescription refill(not a narcotic) and my pharmacy kindly sent not one, but 2 separate refill requests over a couple of days with no response.(Yes, I had an appointment scheduled, but I needed this daily medication until then). Once again, this office has failed me.

One of the ladies was rude too me when I called that pissed me off but when I got there they were very nice. I don’t have insurance so it was awesome how affordable it was. When I saw the Dr he was very helpful and informative. I’ve seen him twice, both times he seemed genuinely concerned about my well being and was looking out for my health. Took me a couple hours, which for a walk in isn’t bad plus it’s conveniently located next to a pharmacy.

Went in with heavy bleeding and horrible cramps. He gave me a uterine ablation and refused to give me any pain meds. It is a surgery and no pain meds!!! Then went back in after the procedure still complaining of horrible cramps. He told me it was all in my head! I feel so disrespected and like he won’t even listen to me. Please don’t go to this doctor! He doesn’t believe in pain meds even if you need them and won’t put in fir the tests I need.
