Pros:
1. Rent included utilities.
Cons:
1. Thin walls… you hear everything, I mean everything!
2. Outdated fixtures.
3. Landlord cheated me out of my deposit. Took money for painting (they failed to paint when I moved in and want to charge me to paint it for them. & They charged me for door damage (no door was damaged). The «inspection» did not address what these charges.
4. Return deposit without interest. Last time I check, a landlord is legally required to place the deposit money into an interest bearing account and give the tenant the interest.
Cons outweigh the pros. Don’t rent here!
