Designer jeans 80% off?! Sample sales are great, but you really have to be able to commit a whole day of rummaging through piles of clothes. potential catfights over the last special edition Seven jeans, etc.
Denim Revolution hosts designer jeans sales a few times a month, varying in venues. They offer selections for men and women, majority of it being women’s. Usually they’re held at hotels in large banquet rooms with racks and racks of jeans, organized by sizes. Fitting rooms (if they choose to have them) are just curtained off areas with full length mirrors which you share with other girls. I’ve never actually seen guys try on jeans… maybe there’s a separate area? I’m too distracted to notice.
This past weekend, denim revolution hosted a sale at the Pasadena Convention Center. «Nothing over $ 45» — music to my ears! I got there a bit later than I had planned so most items were leftovers. *sigh* There were a lot of James Cured by Seun, J Brand, Joe’s, AG. for both men and women. (of course the women selections were much larger)
They also had tops from Splendid, Rail, Harajuku Girls. which were so so. These sales are good, if you’re willing to put in the time. Sometimes I’d rather just pay full price to avoid the hassle… but then again, there’s no satisfaction like finding a pair of jeans made perfectly for your butt for just $ 40.
