My septic alarm went off the other night. I called them first thing the next morning. They had a few earlier apts and said they’d be here between 1030 – 1100. True to form they were on time. About 2hrs later they were done, new pump and a pump out. It was pricey but in service like this I find I can only judge three things: professionalism, work sight condition post work, and if the issue is resolved. Duncan met or exceeded my expectations on all three.

Duncan’s installed my new system about 10 years ago. I had a little backup the other week and called them at 7 am. Mr Duncan came out within a couple of hours and pumped the system. Thanks for the great service!

Duncan’s Septic is the best. Dale and Lori are extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They are very responsive and get the job done right. We built a new home and they installed our septic system. I would recommend without reservation.

Mr Dale is Awesome to deal with, very nice and gets the job done! Duncan’s is always there if you have any questions or problems. Mr Duncan did all my work to prepare for the installation of my new mound system. Very professional man and his wife is also very helpful as his secretary. Wonderful people.
