Edible Arrangements

Worst service by far. I’ve used many different locations in the past and have never had an issue. This order was for my Daughters 14^th birthday, it was supposed to be here by 10:00, it’s now 3:30, still no arrangement. I called the store, no help, except a very rude worker who passed me to another worker, who told me it was still in the store, only to tell me no, that’s the wrong order, it’s on the way. I’m not sure they actually know where it is or what’s going on in that store. SMH will never use this location again!!! The worst part is I could have picked this arrangement up at the store as it’s only located 4 mins from my house, but my Daughter wanted it delivered so she would feel special for her birthday. For $ 400, you’d think they’d be nicer about making a mistake.
