Nice tile. We had porcelain tile installed in the master bedroom and bath about six month ago. The grout is coming away from the tile in several spots, as well as along some of the walls. Sam, the owner, refuses to take responsibility and fix these spots, blaming the installer. He wants the installer to fix it. Well, set it up, Sam! He’s been saying this for a couple of months, but nothing has happened. Don’t sell things if you won’t stand behind them! Won’t be recommending this business to any of my several friends who are about to do flooring projects.
