Functional Physical Therapy

This is not a professional physical therapy office. Check in desk does not even have a computer. All appts are hand-​written on paper. The owner runs an outdated gym in the same space.
None of the physical therapists I have worked with introduces himself as a «doctor» with arrogance written all over his face. How can someone who doesn’t have a medical degree or license to practice medicine gave himself a «doctor» title? It is false pretense, extremely unprofessional and unethical. During the entire consultation which lasted only three minutes, this egotistic so called «Dr. Im» talked to me condescendingly. He did not even bother to read any of my medical history. I did not try to mention my education background and professional experience in the medical field. This obnoxious David Im treats patients like idiots.
You are on your own almost the entire time. I was coughing continuously from the strong A/​C and two ice packs which were left on for too long. No one came until I yelled out for minutes.
I am going somewhere else for PT, certainly not paying for disrespectful therapist with disgusting attitudes.
