Nice, clean nail salon. I have visited a number of times and have been pleased. Staff is nice and prices are fair.

This place recommended but I will never be back. I came in was quoted $ 30 for a full set and I just wanted my toes painted which I didn’t get a price but usually it’s about $ 7. They said a pedicure was $ 20 which I wasn’t going to do… I checked out and they ran my card for $ 50 how the eff does $ 30 and $ 7 make $ 50. I ask and they said we had to remove 3 pre-existing nails which were pretty much off so I could of just done it myself(I didnt soak) and then take off two over lays on my big toes! Are you kidding me!!! DONOTGOHEREUNLESSYOUWANTTOBELIEDTOANDOVERPAY!

I have never written a review before today, but I just left Happy Nails VERYUNHAPPY with my suppose-to-be simple manicure. The staff was very nice however, it looks like a 5 year polished my nails. I have red polish all over my nail bed. The nail polish I choose must have been old because it was thick so in an attempt to thin it out the tech added polish remover to it, and now my nails WILLNOTDRY. It’s been over 30 minutes since I left(after drying for a solid 15 minutes before leaving) and everything I touch is making a smeared mess all over my fingers. I will be taking it off as soon as I get home. Waste of my $ 11!

I have been a loyal patron of Happy Nails since they opened. However, they recently changed ownership and the prices went through the roof! Unfortunately, the quality did not rise with the pricing. They did a very poor job on my nails, which had to be repaired prior to my next visit… sorry gals, but I’m moving on…

I typically get my nails done at Nails & Co in Burlington, MA. I must be spoiled because I was greatly disappointed with my manicure. I got a gel manicure, which is purported to last 2 – 3 weeks. Well my nails chipped yesterday, so that means this manicure lasted exactly 6 days. There is a huge price difference between a regular mani and gel mani, so I really expected mine to be done well. $ 28+tip later, I’ve got chipped nails earlier than I usually have with a regular mani. Ridiculous. She also didn’t do the best job painting them. I noticed many imperfections, and she got the gel underneath my nails. It felt like I had something sticky and crusty under there. It was impossible to clean underneath them without chipping my nails. Ambience: Eww. Price: Average Cleanliness: Eww. Customer Service: Average Quality: Booooo! Massage was also worthless. Why even bother?

HAPPY indeed! I go allll the time(my wallet may say tooo much but i don’t listen to it!). Get the pedicure and you get to sit in the massaging chair with your feet in a warm sitz tub. AWWWW! The mani is pretty good too. It’s clean, comfortable, the women are professional(no talking loudly in another language like some nail places) And they’re moving to a brand new facility down the road with a massage room! Can’t wait!
