They had ants on our table and they just move the stables and didn’t even clean it up

Two stars because of the service. The food is so heavy that I was sick for 2 days after a chicken crêpe.

Really nice place. Food is good. Even asked how I want my poached eggs. Very welcoming when I’m with a group at 2 am. Their manager Maria always seems to let me in on discounts their having.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE no complaints about it. Their prices are reasonable for all you get. A lot of parking space and the restaurant is also cleaned. The quality of the food is not the best but neither the worst.

As far as the food goes, great. Raspberry white chocolate pancakes are awesome and my two friends loved their food as well.
HOWEVER that doesn’t excuse the fact that we waited 30 MINUTES for someone to take our food order. Had multiple servers pass by us and not say anything until we finally had to ask another server what the deal was, and then we finally got approached (meanwhile people who were sat after us already have their food). Not sure if I’ll be back to this location.

Next time, I will make sure there is NO metal in my pancake before I eat it. You don’t want to know what I found. So, just recommend every one to watch out for what you are eating!!!
Manager declined to get money for the breakfast we had but it doesn’t really help if something happened to us. right?!

Two stars only because my chocolate chocolate chip pancakes were delicious and very satisfying. Had a party of 15 and obviously there were other costumers in the restaurant as well. And to complete an order as large as ours takes time. But waiting an hour for your food is NOT okay. And once it finally came out half of our food was cold. Very Disappointing service.

I love eating at IHOP! They always have my favorite breakfast dish… Pancakes! My family and I go there on special occasions and I can say that they put on their best smiles while attending to you. Head on over to IHOP.

I got to Ihop tonight on November 27^th, Around 4am never got Greated and then told us we couldn’t sit on a certain side. Then waited atleast 20minutes or more literally waiting for a menu. when the Place isn’t even busy. So never even got to orders drinks yet so left. I’m a Server my self and that’s Pathetic. I wouldn’t be dramatic since I know the serving department. So I left and came to dennys. I just didn’t like how she didn’t help us even bother to help us .It was the African American lady i hope this gets fixed Thank You.

Ate at IHOP today (right now) and arrived at noon, wanting breakfast. Plan A fell through due to a lack of parking, so here I am. I had no idea how busy it would be at lunchtime, but I was seated immediately. I got my food in about 10 minutes and had a pretty good bacon, cheese and tomato omelette with hash browns and coffee. The hash browns were a little dry but the omelette was good. I would have liked some actual salsa rather than Tabasco or Cholula, but I made due. I was out in 40 minutes and $ 17 lighter (a little pricey).

One of my favorite IHOPs in the country. A truly special place with a lot of great memories from high school insomniac phase of life.

Always crowded here and when I came, I was happy to order my regular combo: eggs, hash browns, sausage, and toast.
Delicious as usual & my server was super cool bringing me toast, butter, etc even though it was crowded.
I love this place! Even though it’s always crowded, I always manage to get great service.

Stopped in for their promo. $ 0.57 short stack. One day only. As expected it drew a large crowd and seating required a wait. But, the host was a mess. He had a system of putting names on a list until a table was available.
It didn’t work out so well as he had a lobby full of customers and a crap load of vacant tables. I didn’t notice at first until another customer mentioned it. I walked outside to peer in, and there was an entire back room that had at least 3 tables available. Finally get seated, but I see two vacant tables on the way to the table, and as I look around the dining area, there are two additional tables that have been cleared off for a while. What was he doing all that time? Making it look cool from the outside to attract more people? This guy needs a job as a Hollywood bouncer, not a restaurant host.
My server was nice, she saved the day. At first I thought she was the only one, but it turns out that there were three servers. These ladies worked their asses off that day. Star earned.

We came here on Memorial Day Monday. As expected, there was a wait, since not many places were open that day. However, the wait wasn’t too bad; they sat everyone in order: large or small party. They sat us in the back room, which got a decent amount of attention (in the good, I don’t have to wave excessively for five minutes before someone notices way) even though they were VERY busy.
The dishes were fat-​filled and sugary. But, it’s IHOP, that’s what we expected and came in for, right? Americana at it’s finest!

Been coming here for over 12 years, always a pleasure and the service is always good, same staff, but always busy on Sunday

Juan Carlos and Alberto were very polite and professional and the atmosphere was very friendly, strongly recommend for any gathering of event for your family

Idk about y’all…but I got me a free rooty tooty fresh and fruity pancake stack and I was one happy camper! I got the apple one and it came with about a 5 stack pancake with caramelized apples of yumminess.
I originally came there to get AYCE pancakes, but that didn’t happen with the free one that I got –_​-​.
Service was quick and friendly. Generally IHOP isn’t a place I would go to regularly, but once in a while wouldn’t hurt.

Ate here for the first time for their Free Pancakes Day. While there was a bit of wait, service was fast and courteous. I should mention my wait time was short bc I was dining alone, but I noticed it was the same level of service at the tables surrounding me and when I went to pay.
Good job Pasadena IHOP. While I’m not a big fan of the restaurant, I had a good experience here.
Big plus that it’s open ²⁴⁄₇ too. I’ll save it for my late night romps in Pasadena.

I called in an order to go. I ordered a slim and fit veggie omelette with olives. It is supposed to come with Mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach and swiss cheese. I love olives so I asked to add olives. Pretty simple. I went to pick it up. It was ready by the time I got there. So far all is well…
When I took it out of the bag there was a very distinct raw onion smell. I sat down to eat it… apparently I ordered an onion omelette. The omelette was covered in raw onions, then the cheese was melted on top. I’m pretty sure an entire onion was used. By the time I finished picking the onions off, it was cold. It just tasted like raw onion. I could not taste anything but onion. The sauteed mushrooms tasted like onion. I don’t hate onion but I really didn’t want to eat an onion for breakfast. Which is pretty much what I got…
So be careful when ordering olives you may very well get a while raw onion
I will NOT be ordering to go from here ever again!

I love this Ihop because it’s open ²⁴⁄₇ which is fantastic for oh so many reasons.
We showed up just after 12am and there was one server who was working four tables. Our party of five was beyond impressed with the lady helping us out that night. She was on top of our refills, got our food out quick, and catered to all our needs.
I definitely think this a great option for some late night eats. You can’t really go wrong with pancakes, eggs, and hashbrowns.
