Intuit is a credit card processing for small to medium businesses that charge the highest fees and has the worst customer service. They have a contract through Quick Books and you are told that you have to use both. You don’t. When you need to speak to someone, the hold time is a minimum of 10 minutes and if you ask to speak to a manager the rep says that it will be an additional 20 minutes. When you have a problem and need advice the rep is not schooled enough to handled it and passes the call off to another department and more hold time until you get frustrated and hang up. Quickbooks is an excellent tool for small businesses, but you have to learn how to use it Intuit is not customer service oriented. Get a local credit card processor, they will work harder for you to keep your business.
