This store is out of business… I went there and it was tough to find so I see why they aren’t there anymore.

This place is not open during it’s posted hours. It has an «open, come on in» sign in the window but the door’s locked and all the lights are off. I tried calling too and no one answered.

I am giving more than one star, because my PS3 is functioning at this moment, but the service is terrible. I should say there is no customer service, no rules. Don’t believe whatever they told you before you turn in your game player to fix. 1. They said it usually takes 1 week to fix, but actually it takes much longer. 2. They said they will call you after diagnosis to let you know how much more to fix it, but they never called to explain. I called them after waiting for one week, the player is still sitting there. When they finally called me, the player was fixed. 3. Hard to get in touch. They told me to call before coming to pick up the PS3. I kept calling for a whole day during their store hour, no one answers. I left a message, no one called me back. 4. Almost lost my power cord. I turned in my PS3 with the cord on it. When they gave it back for me, it was gone. At the beginning, the boss and his employee insisted they always gave extra stuff back before taking the player. Luckily I am a super organized person with good memory and logic. I believe the cord was left in the store after they tried the player. At the end, they gave me a replacement. I don’t think they did it on purpose, but they are really a big mess!

Does it ever open? Stopped by at 11:15am one day which should’ve worked since they open at 11, right? Wrong– all chained up. I’d already fed the meter so I walked around for a bit. Still no one at 11:30…or 11:45… saw people walk up and look confused from my car. Glad I wasted the time staring at the door.

Went in today and got my PS2 checked out and they hooked me up for real, the guy Nacho that works there did an awesome job. He took the time to check out my PS2 and give me tips and all-around just made this an easy trip. I am def. gonna come back and recommend this Play n Trade. Just the fact that they have old school consoles like NES, SEGA and ATARI makes it worth to come in. Keep Gaming!

I used to love going to Gamestop until I noticed that(in my opinion) their employees were required to push product more and I would notice people who obviously were not gamers(just working retail, nothing wrong with that at all) pretend to talk about games that they had never played. It was all very funny. Now I avoid Gamestop if I can. Play N Trade is an excellent alternative. There is a solid selection of classic/used games for those of you who like to scour the budget bin like I do. There is also an area for people to play games online for a small price just like in the old LAN days of the early 2000s. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They put up with my questions and random coming and going even though I rarely make a purchase(I wait a long time before getting a game that I like.) Give them a shot. Not bad at all.

After living near this shop for three years, I finally made my way into this place. I wasn’t sure what to expect because the lighting isn’t that great, but I was so happy to see they sold original Nintendo NES games for $ 3!!! I bought six games and I have a few more to pick up soon. The staff was helpful and they actually have a great selection of used, but classic, game systems. Although this place isn’t Game Stop, it’s a great alternative for those who are looking for affordable games.

Not the greatest place to take your Xbox 360 to get fixed. After charing me $ 75+ to fix my Xbox 360 with a mere 30 day warranty, I had to return 3 weeks later to get the same issue fixed. The following day they called me to explain nothing was wrong with it after testing the xbox. Only to take it back home and immediately see the issue return when I started it up. I was thinking of buying a refurbished xbox 360 from them seeing as mine could just be dead but this whole affair really left me questioning the condition of any of their repairs.(They also said they would buy back my old xbox with a $ 25 diagnostics fee, even though they examined the xbox during their«Re-repair» process) Overall, questionable troubleshooting and repairing competency and poor costumer service.

I like the store because they have a nice collection of games for consoles like original xbox and PS1. The only thing i did like about the store is that sometimes they open late.

A cool place. They have a great selection of games from new to vintage. They had, for example, both«1942» and«1943» for NES, which made me happy. The people who work there are very helpful and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be back.
