If I could give this place no stars, I would. Sparsely staffed(no one was even at the front to let us pay to get in), horrible eating areas(no clean tables, mounds of trash and dirty plates), the buffet was dirty and empty, the«clean» plates and utensils were dirty, there was no ice for drinks, it’s disgusting and gross. Paid $ 81 for a family of 5, what a complete waste.

I try to not give a bad review but this one deserved it. Not a good experience. Came on a Saturday night with a groupon, and honestly we got what we paid for. Bowling and free games. Many of the games were broken or half worked, the restrooms were dirty, and it was just a mess. They had a nice bowling area, but no waiters to come to the tables. Maybe they just don’t work over in that section. I don’t know it just wasn’t a good experience. Never again, even after we have children.

Pizza and other food is terrible. But games were good. Had fun doing laser tag and bowling.

I too would give this place 0 stars if possible. We went here because we found a groupon and thought it would be a fun place to take the kids. The buffet was lacking in food, there were a ton of people just standing around with their plates waiting for food to appear, when we did get food it wasn’t all that good. The rooms with the dining tables were a mess, the tables hadn’t been cleaned, there were spilled drinks on the floor, everything was sticky. I actually slipped and fell in some water, food went flying. My husband got the manager to get the mess cleaned up. The manager brought an employee in to bus a couple tables then the guy left, still leaving most of the tables filthy also leaving the cup I slipped on laying on the floor. I think they simply did not care. Many of the video games were broken, our unlimited video game cards went back and forth between working and not working and trying to get the staff to make our cards work properly was a nightmare, it turned into a back and forth discussion between staff at opposite ends of the building about who was going to fix it. The bowling was good, that’s about it. I will never step foot in those doors again, don’t waste your money like I did!

First off, they force you to pay for a buffet even if you’re just here for the games like I was for my son. Everything was dirty, literally. 99% of the tables I saw had old food on them and the drink station had ice over flowing everywhere and needed to be cleaned. This place is very sub par in my opinion. I’ll just take my son elsewhere next time. I didn’t see anyone making an effort to clean anything.

It’s clearly a poor man /kiddy version of Main Event. Kids going everywhere and just a dirty feel. Food sucks. But it’s still a successful way to spend your Saturday pretending to baby shit children so it’s not all bad. If you’re trying to go with adults to have fun as well go to a Dave and busters or main event… But if it’s just you and the kids it will work.

Ok, first, it is a family friendly environment. However, when we last went about a month ago, they were understaffed and they did not have much of a selection of games. Many were broken and they did not have enough staff working. This was on a Saturday. When I asked if maybe some people did not come in to work and maybe that’s why they were short handed, they said no they get scheduled like that a lot. I cannot stress how few workers they had out there. When I had a problem with a game, only one person had keys and had to help many others, he was stressed and I had to wait at least 30 minutes. That was just one case, trust me, there was more, I just wont mention it for now. They did try their best to keep up with the cleanliness and were not slacking. I feel with the summer vacation coming up, I hope they fix what few games they have and hire more staff. I enjoy the bowling area when it’s adult time, though. But KIDSAREIMPORTANT and slow service in the game area with broken games is not tolerable. Use Coupons you get in the mail first is my advice so you can go in with a discount, and not be too upset. It is NOT like Main Event or Dave N Busters… yet. There is plenty of parking. even if you have to walk«far» you still will not have a problem finding a space.

even though the place is mainly focused towards a family environment. the place is extremely loud. the food is okay in my view. only good when its fresh. to enter at all, you must pay for the buffet. some of the games there were broken and others were having abit of defects. they replaced the go-karts with actual bowling lanes and a bar. overall, first time experience was moderately decent.

We had a blast but they couldn’t keep up Pizza wise, with the Sunday crowd. They were running out constantly. The table cleaning was fantastic and the variety of stuff for salads was great. Only real issue was the dining rooms were FREEZING. It was 78 outside so we were all in shorts. We ALL froze. Service was pleasant and great. Bathrooms were remarkably clean.

We chose to come here for Spring Break to try it out. Don’t waste your money. Most games are broken, food was dried out and there was a 15 – 20 minute wait for pizza. We got the unlimited game card for $ 24 which we thought was a great deal… Only my 6 year old was to small for most of the games. The ones the worked were the ticket producing games which rake in money for the restaurant. Most games cost 4 points. And you get 20 points for $ 5. After playing games we went to eat and almost all the tables were dirty. Food and plates still on them from lunch! We won’t be back. Extremely disappointed!

This place is terrible. Food was no good and messed up everyone’s stomach that ate it. Staff was not knowledgeable about even the most basic workings of their business. All the games were either a rip off or just didn’t work correctly and were not tagged as «out of service» at all. In fact, the only thing that did work on every machine was the card reader to take your money. This place is an overpriced, under managed joke of a good experience. There was truly not one aspect of the experience that was enjoyable, and that’s not an easy feat to accomplish. I’d have given it no stars if I could have. Stay far away.

Its just like Dave and Busters but not as nice. They have a buffet style food bar but the food is terrible and should not be the sole reason to come here. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The place itself was dirty, even though there were multiple staff members cleaning what they could. The game selection was Ok but not as diverse as Dave and Busters.

iT’Z is a great entertainment establishment for the whole family of all ages to enjoy under one roof. It has enough rides, games and activities to keep the young ones busy; while the grown-ups can enjoy a full-size bar and a sports lounge. I was invited to celebrate an anniversary on a busy Sunday. The party rooms seemed to be filled up quickly. There is no purpose to come without kids. Lucky me, I was babysitting a 5-year-old girl(a friend’s granddaughter). We were a little frustrated after finding that most of games were broken, except for the carousel. I could understand Sunday is their busiest day; it looked like they were a little short staffed. I was hoping for some serious tending on the drink station and buffet lines. I have seen few staff very courteous, while others looked like it’s-just-another-job.

This place was total chaos. It was our first time here with the kids(4 of us total). We would normally frequent Chuck E Cheese or Peter Pipers, but wanted to take the kiddos bowling. I will say bowling was fun. It was easy to get a lane and we all enjoyed it. As for the rest… First of all, the employees did not look happy. They didn’t smile much at all, we’re having side conversations while helping customers, and looked like they were short staffed and needed help. Customer service doesn’t seem to be a priority. It felt like«kids» were running the place from front to back and I didn’t notice any manager presence. The dining areas were filthy. Food, trash, etc on the floor and it just felt dirty. I didn’t feel any sense of urgency to maintain cleanliness. The buffet was out of pizza and several of us were standing in our own line waiting for something to come out of the kitchen. Again, no manager presence. The young cook in the back did not seem to be rushing either. Frustrating when you spend $ 72 when you first walk in the front door! The were many games, but the first three we tried to play all malfunctioned during play. At this point, we are just pissed and want to leave. We worked to blow through the remaining points on our card and got the he** out of there. We’ll probably go back to bowl, but that’s it — hands down! We literally said this on the way out, «Next time we“ll go eat at CiCi’s and then come here to bowl only…» IT’Z…sorry to slam you, but you NEED to read this review. I am someone that would come more often if the standards would improve.

The pizza buffet is mediocre: mediocre pizza in VERY limited varieties(they will make something if you ask, but I can’t wait to eat until my kids are done). They DO have soups, baked potatoes, and some decent salads on the salad bar, and the salad bar was nice and fresh, although today they only had one soup. :(You MUST buy the buffet to enter, which is a negative if you want to eat elsewhere(which I can see why, as the food is not great). The biggest deal is great if you have older kids — they can keep sliding their card when the video game wants them to feed it more money so that they can keep going, and not worry about running out of money. We were only there about 4 hours and felt like we got our money’s worth out of it, easily. Unfortunately, a lot of why we felt like we got our money’s worth and also why my kids really like going to this place is because of the go-karts, and we found out that in a couple of weeks, they are going to remove the go-karts and put in a BOWLINGALLEY, of all things. There’s laser tag(which my kids played once or twice — they like the laser tag at Main Event better), and little bumper cars(which they did once, b/c they’re OK but not amazing). But the Go-Karts are the reason my kids really like to go here. The place is clearly a «kid» place(unlike Main Event, which is kind of a combination and more adult oriented, although my kids like it and we sometimes go during the day), And they don’t have any other cool rides/activities like some of the other It’z do. The Go-Karts are THE attraction here. The place is pretty clean and most of the machines seemed to be working.(And they have decent iced tea, which you CANNOT get at Chuck E, so that’s a plus.) But putting in a bowling alley in a glorified Chuck E is dumb — adults don’t want to pay for mediocre pizza to bowl and kids don’t want to bowl — they want Go-Karts.(In truth, the Go-Karts are the ONETHING in this place that I enjoy doing WITH my children. I get very sick of watching kids play video games and the go-karts help to break that up.) My rating would have been better before — my kids had a terrific time today — but I don’t even know if they’ll want to come back. And I don’t know if I’d feel like the«biggest deal» was worth it without the go-karts.

iT’Z was a decent place to visit but not an establishment I would visit often. The location was clean and the staff were friendly but the food was horrible! Unlike Chuck E Cheese and other similar places, you are required to purchase the buffet at iT’Z. A major reason why I won’t visit iT’Z anytime soon. As far as the games, they were decent. Some maybe overpriced! The bumper cars, lazer tag and indoor go carts were the best part about the establishment.

What a blast! Our whole family from age 5 to 75 spent 5 hours at iT’Z on the Saturday after Thanksgiving and we will definitely be back every time we’re in town to visit PawPaw for the weekend. The place has everything — food, sports viewing room, private party rooms, wi-fi, laser tag, bowling, bumper cars, go carts, gentle rides for the little ones, and a slew of arcade games for every taste. Ok, not EVERYthing — the liquor license has not yet been granted, but once they get some beer in the joint, it will be dang near perfect for our clan. Have you ever been to Main Event or Dave & Busters or Chuck E Cheese? iT’Z is smaller & less expensive than Main Event(although uses a similar swipe card system), while being more appealing to all ages than Chuck’s or Dave’s. The iT’Z system works like this: when you walk in the door, you must purchase the unlimited pizza, etc. buffet for everyone over age 4. Prices vary from $ 4-$ 7 depending on age(little kids & seniors get a discount) and day of week(weekends are a couple bucks higher), and drinks are a separate purchase($ 2). Beyond that, you can buy swipe cards loaded with points(about $ 0.25 per point) for gameplay, and the more points you buy, the better price per point you get. However, your best deal is to get one of the packages that includes buffet, drink, and gameplay in a single price, which at a minimum gets you a free drink and buffet for the price of the game play points alone. For example, $ 15 for 60 points and the buffet, or $ 24 for 120 points and the buffet. Most games take 1 point, but some of the activities can cost much more. A 6 minute ride in the indoor, electric go cart for a parent and child cost 22 points(or around $ 5.50). Some of the claw games take anywhere from 3 – 6 points per play, but seemed«loose» to me, as I came home with several prizes for the kids in the family(Angry Birds in Santa caps, anyone?). Skee ball(which also earns tickets for prizes) and most of the little kid games take 1 point. The most pricey activities are: * 10 Pin Mini Bowling /12 Pts * Bumper Cars /12 Pts Min height: 44″ * Go-Karts /18 Pts/Single or 22 Pts/Double Min height: 36″ Passenger, 48″ Driver(must be 16) * Laser Tag /16pts/Weekday or 24pts/Wknd Vest must not go below the knees The food on the buffet is nothing spectacular, but the quality seems better to me than that other pizza+arcade place for kids. I especially appreciate that there are soups, baked potatoes, and a decent salad bar for those of us who would like to eat sensibly. For kids who want some other sort of junk food beyond pizza, they can choose from nachos, hotdogs, spaghetti, jello, slushies, and the Ci-Ci’s type desserts based upon a pizza dough crust. The prize store has a great selection of little toys and candy for which we had no problem accumulating enough tickets to ensure that the kids in our group went home with some souvenirs. Some games and ticket crunching machines were out of order during our recent visit, but staff members quickly appeared to make repairs and get them up again. When I had a problem with a machine that took my credits & offered no play, a staff person was eager to make it right for me. I’m pretty impressed with how friendly and responsive everyone working there seems to be. Parents, there is no stamping system to ensure that kids only leave with their guardians, so keep an eagle eye on your adorable spawn. This was the one area where I thought iT’Z could learn a thing or two from the mouse-themed place. Pro tips: Get there when the doors open. You’ll have no wait at any game or activity at that time. By 2pm on Saturday, the place is packed. Points and tickets never expire, so hold on to that swipe card and use it again when you come in next time. If you know you’ll be back many times, load up with the 300 points for $ 50 deal, which is about $ 0.17/point. Don’t think you can game the system by sharing a card among multiple players. We tested this when one of our cards was depleted and received, «Card already in use.» If you want to share, you’ll have to take turns. Bring a Sharpie to write names on your cards so that they aren’t mixed up in Mom’s or Dad’s pocket. Even better, bring a lanyard for everyone and get the staff to punch holes for you to attach the card so no one loses their points by leaving behind the swipe card. There is an «unlimited play deal» for around $ 27, but that one seems smart only if you plan to spend the whole day doing the high-dollar activities(older kids and grown-ups might get their money’s worth). You can’t transfer these points to another day or another person. Food & drinks cannot leave the dining area, so remember to take a break from the arcade once and a while to come back and get a drink or snack. You paid for it! Check out the iT’Z website for specials and coupons. You can also sign-up for their e-club and like them on FB to get other discounts.
