I have to say that Janet was truly unbelievable in drawing up my plans for my dream home. My wife and I live in a small 1,800SF apt in South Pas and love our area but realized that we would need more space if we ever wanted to have kids. Enter: Janet. We had some small input from our designer moving some walls around and thinking through some of the plans, but Janet just took the reigns and REALLY opened and designed the plans the way we always wanted for them to be created. And believe me — it was NOT a quick or easy process for her — we had a lot of comments, iterations, last minute design changes (not because she did them incorrectly but we kept changing our minds)… AND it took us forever to get her answers. She was patient, kind, receptive, and just overall an incredible person to work with. I don’t think I’ve ever met anyone who was more responsive over the phone.
And the best part? She’s sooo much more affordable than everyone else. She’s truly the top of the line and will get you the job done for ¹⁄₁₀ of the cost. I would recommend Janet ALL DAY LONG. To this day, I’m still pinging her with small changes that we want to make and she happily turns them the DAY OF and flips them back to us immediately! I can’t imagine what a nightmare it would be to be working with someone who was impatient or was always exasperated with new changes. It makes the process so much more pleasant. I’d given 10 stars if I could!
