We sat in the drive-thru for 23 minutes. We did not get our food and decided to go to McDonalds. Worse Jack n Box ever. If I could I would have gave them no stars

It’s just your average fast food restaurant. It’s not my favorite Jack in the Box to go to since they tend to mess up orders, take a while to take my order, etc when they get busy but the food is always made okay. It’s not great but it’s not bad so I tend to come here for my lunch break when I need something quick.

I enjoy coming here in the middle of the night. Usually no problems. If there are any, they will take care of you. I just wish they would answer the phone more often! Lol Remember, no fast food restaurant is perfect, so try not to let one bad experience stop you from coming back.

The past few weeks my boyfriend and I have gone to get dinner after I pick him up from work. They always have a huge line and we end up waiting about 10 mins to pull up to the speaker. When we do finally get to the speaker, no one says anything. I’ve worked in fast food and I understand it gets busy but a simple«We will be with you in just a moment» would be great. But tonight we waited for over 5 mins and asked hello and we were replied with a «Yeah yeah one second» in a very rude tone. So we decided to leave and when we pulled up to leave there was no one else in front of us. Everytime we come here the employees are always rude and the wait is just never worth the food. I’d recommend if you plan on get some Jack in the Box at 10pm save yourself the time and go somewhere else.

Don’t ask for extra taco sauce. Chick with the white pointy rhinestone nails will roll her eyes at you. As if she pays for them… Paycheck… Work for it? Wouldn’t be a bad thing if the manager smiled a bit either…

Until a couple Sunday’s ago, I had no problem with this restaurant. Almost new building, was torn down last year and new completed building about 6 – 8 months old. Very clean… atleast I thought it was. I was working a very lengthy shift at work, so my daughter and I stopped here to get a couple sandwiches and some ice tea that I could take with me for later. When I finally opened the first sandwich a couple hours later, I picked up the sandwich to inspect, as I always do at a fast food place, and there was a mouse dropping between the bottom of the sandwich and the wrapper. I threw them both away. At first, I wasn’t going to say anything, but decided to call the manager to let her know what had happened. She was pretty much not in the ‘clue mode’ to know what to say. After about 5 minutes on the phone with her, she finally asked me if I had the receipt. I told her I did and she said the next time I come by there, they will refund the sandwiches. and they did, but I felt she could have done something more to rectify the situation. really not sure what, but didn’t even get an apology. I had written down the information on my receipt, anticipating them taking my original when I went to get the refund, and they did. At the bottom of most of their reciepts is a survey link for comments. I took the online survey and within an hour of completing the survey, their corporate office was calling me. I was actually amazed that someone really reads these surveys. She listened to what I had to say and the lady at corporate was the one that offered me any apolpgies. She offered to send me two certificates for free combos. I told her I didn’t want them, as they would not be used by me. A few days later, said coupons were in my home mailbox. I did not use them, my kids did, but at another location. I will not rule out any Jack In The Box except this one. Sadly, this one is walking distance for us, but I refuse to eat at a place that has a mouse dropping anywhere that you can see it. It has almost ruined my eating fast food at all.
