In response to Mr. McCaleb’s claim that he «doesn’t recognice Wes C»… Well, I don’t use my full name on here. But for this purpose, it’s Cifuentes. Go check your records.
And as far as the W2s. My complaint wasn’t that you did my taxes without them, it’s that you had me MAIL MY OWN RETURN, after you charged $ 500, but didn’t include the W2s in the packet you had me mail. My refund was delayed because of that. I had to be notified from that IRS that W2s were needed for them to complete my refund.

In all honesty they are horrible! Switch and bait scheme here, James is a total used car salesman! Don’t believe them when they say consultation is free, because it’s not. Your gonna end up with a bill for it and they know they got you because they got all your information. I had to hire another CPA to clean up their mess!!! STAY AWAY AND CLEAR!!! Turbotax would have saved me 1500 bucks!
