Update your store hours please. Just drove out of my way to come because it’s listed as 8 pm and low and behold you closed two hours earlier at 6 pm. Also, might consider training your Sephora team in phone etiquette and customer service.

Not very organized everything seems to be meshed together. Reminded me of the store Weiners. Not what I expected from a jcp store. Smells funny. I did find the skirt I was looking for after a little digging. Overall I will probably not visit again. I’ll stick to the jcp in baytown.

I’ll confess that the first time I ever went into a JCPenney was ¹²⁄₂₀₁₂! I was just never interested in buying from them, there are just so many stores of it’s kind…
I have to say I was mistaken to think I would not find great deals there. The store itself was pretty organized and huge! I was able to find my Christmas, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day dresses there and they were all on sale! I also bought a few other things for myself, since it’s the Holidays and I just Love ME! lol But seriously, I enjoyed shopping at JCPenney and found a lot of great deals at this store, definitely recommend.
