My friend Jessica and I came to JMG Wireless to help fix my IPhone because my mms wasn’t working and to pay my bill. The store has great service and the guy, Jose Guillen, is very kind and funny plus he got the job done quick! Very recommendable :)

This was the worst experience i have ever experienced in my life. I have never been treated so terribly as a patron by a business owner. I called first about a sim card and he explained that it would be 25 $. When i told him it was ridiculous that metro pcs would charge more even after i purchased my new phone online, i wasn’t referring to him personally nor did i speak to him in any ill manner or make derogatory remarks to his person. He told me to go to hell and hung up on me. I called over and over again asking to speak to his manager. He hung up repeatedly. So i went into the establishment which was incredibly ghetto. They sell wigs and stolen knock off perfume as well. I asked to speak to the owner and he told me he was the owner. Jose Guilleno. I told him i have never been treated so poorly in my life and i would be making a formal complaint to metro pcs as he is supposed to be a professional representative of the company. He called me white trash. I just had a baby and havent been wearing makeup as of recent. But that doesn’t mean i am white trash and i was shocked he would make a racial slur. I pushed his power cord off the counter. He’s lucky im not white trash. This person should not represent metro pcs. He belongs at the swap meet with his stolen merchandise. Ghetto and rude. If you want to be treated like a human being go down the street a few blocks to the other metro store on Lake.

I was very displeased with my service here. It was honestly the worst service I have ever gotten and such a waste of time. I had cracked my phone screen and went here to get it fixed, which it was. However, weeks later the phone screen randomly stops working. I went to apple to see what the issue was and because I went through a third party to get my phone fixed, they could not do anything for me. Don’t waste your time going here if you broke your phone, just pay the extra money and take the time and go to Apple. It’s much faster and saves you money in the end. Also, the female employee is very rude, and when I tried to call and explain my situation she sounded annoyed and upset. Overall this place is the worst and I would not recommend going here.

I’m new in the area and came across this store and decided to stop in to ask a few questions about possible service with metro. The girl that greeted me was nice and seemed more than glad to answer the questions, and probably dumb questions that I had. She was very patient with me and explained thoroughly what my options were. My brother had recently did and update to his iPhone and it screwed everything up on his data. We asked if they could check it and she referred us to the tech that was working on another phone at the moment but he approached us to find out what the problem was. He was also very polite and gave us an estimated time and possible reasoning for the problem he had. I got new service, and my brothers phone was fixed and working shortly after! If you ever have any issues with a phone, this tech seemed to know his stuff pretty well! Highly recommend

I’m sorry the previous customer had such a negative experience with this place. My experience was the exact opposite. In fact, my experience was so good I feel compelled to write about it. My first Unilocal review, although I use Unilocal constantly! I first tried metro pcs after trouble with AT&T in Pasadena and the non-existent reception I got in my apartment. Miracle! I could finally connect with the outside world without using Skype. And so much cheaper too! Fast-forward a couple of months– I broke my previously unlocked AT&T iphone that I was using with metro pcs and was forced to use an older, previously water-damaged phone. All was fine and the service was great, until I updated with iTunes. After that my phone continuously searched for reception, found it, and then dropped the signal again. During the next several days I ended up going to 5 different stores and called the 888 number at least 4 different times for help. I was«this» close to signing another contract one of the bigger named companies when I finally stumbled upon this place. After explaining my situation to the woman at the front desk she immediately called her tech. Ten minutes later, he was sitting behind the desk with tools in hand trying to figure out why my phone kept losing signal. He cleaned off some of the water marks, updated my phone through their servers, and gave me his honest assessment of the problem. He even advised me NOT to buy something I thought would help! I ended up having to go back to the store later that evening because the initial«fix» didn’t work – remember, my phone was water-damaged. After retuning, however, the tech knew exactly what the problem was and how to help me. He spent the next 20 minutes assessing my phone, and made sure it wouldn’t drop signal again. It hasn’t! The service I received here went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for individualized, high-quality customer service. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you!

This guy was awesome, i had the hardest time getting my service hooked up and he really took his time to help me. very professional and personable at the same time and he didnt charge me an arm and leg. id recommend this store to everyone Thank u Jose
