I went there to get some accessories for a costume and was very impressed with the customer service and the quality of the items they carry. If you are looking for the one time wear Halloween costumes that you throw away they have them. But what impressed me was the amount of RenFair quality items they carry which is what I look for in costumes. They were more than happy to let me inspect the items before I bought them as well. Lots of great quality wigs as well. Was very impressed and will defiantly go back for my costume needs. They also have a great line of costumes you can rent to.

I came in here to find some accessories to go with my Halloween mask. As I was looking I saw they had an interesting selection of masks. I began to take a picture of the masks to show my friend since we have the same taste. A lady tells me «we don’t allow pictures!» And walks off. My first reaction is why? I’m trying to help you sell these masks by showing my friends. I felt that was pretty rude to not even get an explanation so I left my items and walked out.
I’d rather spend my money miles away then at a store that makes me feel stupid. I still can’t even understand why that rule is in place. Most of the masks they have are on other websites so I don’t know what the big deal is. So if you try on an outfit here be sure to not takes pictures because in this store its frowned upon.
