In the past my family and I have had positive experiences even though the drive thru mic never works, lol. There are two staff members that have excellent customer service, one young guy and a young girl. One day I go to grab a quick lunch and I ordered the chicken tender meal and 2– 2 piece grilled chicken dinners. The manager grabbed every penny she could charging me an up charge of .25 cents to have mashed potatoes instead of wedges! I received my order and I didn’t check it right away… riding down the street my mom checks the food and low and behold my tenders were small and shriveled not to mention cold and my grilled chicken was not only tiny but dehydrated! It resembled chicken jerky not grilled chicken! So I go back but went inside instead and the manager damn near refused to give me my money back instead pushing 4 free pieces of chicken at me instead of my money claiming the owner wouldn’t be pleased and that it was difficult to do a return! There were 3 employees there at the time… the manager and two girls… the one looked into the box and was about to put the chicken back inside the warmer when I told her it was hard and I had touched it! She didn’t look concerned with germs. She tells the manager I just cooked this 5 – 10 minutes ago… ok now I’m angry because they’re playing on my intelligence! The manager agreed with the girl that the chicken was fresh… lol, what a joke. I looked at her in the eyes and tell her that’s impossible and that the chicken was so hard and stale I could break a window with it. Once more she was offering me «freshly cooked chicken» and 4 free pieces on top of that if I didn’t get a refund! Ok, now… I don’t want your chicken, please give me my money so I could patron another business that won’t take me for granted. While she was processing my refund, which I’m not sure she knew exactly what she was doing being that it took her almost 10 minutes, the girl says the new chicken is fresh! Now at this point my blood is boiling I told her if the chicken was as fresh as she claimed I wouldn’t be standing in front of you demanding a refund… you should have given me fresh chicken from the start! I also observed that they weren’t using oven mittens to pull out the trays of chicken out of the warmer! They were using the sleeves of their jackets! OMG… HOWGROSS!!! What if they’ve wiped their noses or used the restroom with it on? Out and about… their homes! Need I say more? Germs and more germs. Not only that but I saw them giving people cold potato wedges to other customers… they were in a warmer that’s open and the warmer wasn’t even on! Come on… after giving me my refund the manager says sorry… not genuine at all! More to say that it was said! I haven’t gone back since! Popeyes is the only place I go now if I want chicken!

So I pulled up at KFC around 10:20. Okay I understand you’re about to get off and I’m sorry I’m hungry past my bedtime but atleast take my order when I pull up to the drive thru. I got the generic welcome to KFC may I take your order. I put in my order and 1 minute goes by then 2 minutes then 3 minutes no one replies back to me so I pulled off smh won’t be going back

Needs faster and better service, needs to be updated with equipement and needs to be cleaner. Food is great though!

All of the staff here are friendly and my food is always good. My only complaint is they are so slow. It’s never busy or there’s only two cars in the drive up they need to pick up some speed.
