It’s closer to 3.5 stars.
I thought this place was pretty good for a KMart. They tend to be rundown & messy. This wasn’t but it was a week day & mid morning.
Service was not pleasant or helpful but they do have good deals. The store is oddly dark. Seriously, how hard is it to put in some decent lightening?
Parking is great. Massive lot & lots of bargain shopping options in the neighborhood.

First off the store is old like just about every K-​Mart I have ever been to and still go to it looks the same. All of their stores need face-​lifts. I take full advantage of when they have the double coupon events and I would advise that if you many others did they would be just fine with their local K-​Mart. I had a great time with the employees and they are couponer friendly they helped me out a lot. I saved a bunch and got a lot for only a little. I hope they keep this K-​mart open there aren’t too many of them left.

Okay this Kmart is the worst one ever. I went here a bunch of times, my mother did not want me to go in there because she said «it was too dirty» I told her that I was fine so we walked in, the floors were dirty almost all the toys (this was Christmas by the way) were torn open and all the employees were rude and nasty!
Do yourself a favor and DONT GO INTO THIS KMART!!!

I cannot believe this store is still operating. When I shop here, (which is rare) I feel like I am shopping in the 1970’s again. It doesn’t take much thought to properly present retail merchandise in the proper 21st century fashion. To add insult to injury, I could not believe some of the prices. They can’t be serious. Health and beauty aid products much higher than Target or Walmart. The inventory is very odd and always appears to be outdated! With another Walmart rumored to break ground nearby, this KMart’s days will be numbered. Unfortunately, another big empty box (a la Super Fresh in Harundale) will be looming on the Glen Burnie /​Pasadena Ritchie Highway corridor.

This store needs to close. Employees are rude, they never have what I’m looking for. It’s Christmas time and they have one register at customer service open! ONE register at Christmas time!!!
CLOSE AND DO US ALL A FAVOR!
If I could give no stars I would !! Epic FAIL!

What happened to the Kmart I used to remember. This is not my father’s Kmart.
I wandered for about 15 minutes before I could find someone to help me. The aisles were in need of restocking. Items could not be found in the places where they should be. And lastly, the clerk who did finally help me stated «everyone hates working here.» It definitively shows.

Now I remember why I don’t shop at Kmart anymore. UGH. When you walk in, the first thing you see is trash on the floor. We went there hoping to find Go Diego Go clothes for my child, so we were looking through the boys section. We found other characters and not what we were looking for. $ 14.99 for boys PJs? I can get the same price or cheaper at Target and not have to step over merchandise that hasn’t been cleaned.
Missing drop ceiling tiles for a bonus! I was so glad to get out of there. And while I was leaving, a woman said that she was asked if she would recommend this store to a friend and she said, «No!»
