The store is not quite as nice as others in the area. It’s an older store and could use some work as far as making it look newer. The customers were mostly rude and acted like they owned the place. A BIG turn off. People would get in your way, almost seemed on purpose. One lady let a 3 or 4 year old control the cart and the child ran into a few people. Not once did the parent ever apologize. She just kept watching her child and laughing like she he enjoyed her kid running into other people(one was an elderly woman). The only reason I came here is because it really is much closer to home than my normal Kroger and I needed somethings like yesterday. I will continue using my other Kroger. I will say that the parking lot is usually jammed with people, most who can’t figure out what a yellow line is for. The one good thing about this store was the cashier. Her name is Brenda. Greeted me with a smile, thanked me for my business, again with a smile, and acted like she was happy about the purchases I had made. She made me feel like a customer should feel. If I should come back to this store, it’ll only be due to an emergency where I can’t get to my other Kroger(and that is rare).
