I loved my first session! The girl in the front desk was so helpful and explained everything to me :) also did the laser hair removal with the nurse she was so nice and made me feel comfortable! I can’t wait for my next sessions would come again for more in the future!! highly recommend.

Absolutely awful once you pay you are treated like trash. They are worse than a car salesman. Avoid at all costs. Once my sessions are over I will never return.

Love this place! Did my first treatment yesterday for hair removal and it was almost painless almost like plucking a sensitive area type of feel here and there but very well managed not what I expected! Thank you again! See you guys next month!

Wanted to love this place. Unfortunately not to my surprise they seemed pushy, manipulative, and desperate to have you sign and begin treatments. It didn’t come off professional.
The personnel running this place don’t return your calls if you do call back.
The «state-​of-​the art» lasers looked questionable and dusty… may not even be clean.
Lastly when they say you’ll get 100% refund they’re lying.
Won’t recommend to anyone, save your money and time. Your welcome!

I just went for my first treatment today so I can’t post about the results yet however, the ladies at Laser Away are nothing short of amazing. They provide the best customer service while making you feel super relaxed and comfortable with the laser process. I’ll update my review as I continue my sessions but so far I’m loving it!

If I could give it negative stars then I would. They don’t even deserve 1 star. The people that work here are not very nice and quite rude. They make you wait 30 minutes for a consultation and take in regular customers immediately. They have absolutely no value for customers time and the front lady receptionist is very pretentious and make you feel very uncomfortable. I waited 36 minutes and walked out due to the utter disbelief of unprofessionalism and utter chaos at this place.

This place is AWFUL. They over charge, are rude, can’t manage their schedule, and will burn you. They left my fiancé burned to a crisp on his back he even came in early for numbing cream, as told to do when he scheduled the appointment, and when he arrived they said they don’t do that. EXCUSE ME?!? I’ve done laser hair removal there, with numbing cream mind you, and the service and skill is wildly inconsistent. Save your money from their massive overpriced incompetence fists. Go else where.

FYI if you come here for a consultation you better be ready to get a treatment right then and there or be treated horribly.

Well Our appt was at 3, we just made it, and they immediately took us in educated us and now ready to go. It was just like the commercial on FB, and the cool thing is it’s local to us in Pasadena. A must try-​affordable, nice staff. Until my next big bargain-​Over and out K.K.M

I purchased 6 sessions of laser hair removal for my lower legs with no touch ups. I have just finished my 6^th session and I’m not completely happy with my results. I expected to maybe see 90−95% hair reduction with the remaining hairs being very fine/​baby hair. However, after my 6^th session, I do not see 90−95% hair reduction and I still have a couple of long, dark hairs. I raised my concerns to Laseraway and what they told me with the 6 sessions I purchased, I can only expect to see 50−70% hair reduction. Also, if I wanted 90−95% results, I would need 8 – 10 sessions, which I find very disappointing. If you are happy with 50−70% hair reduction, then this is the place for you; however there are other better laser hair removal places in Pasadena. I did my laser hair removal for my underarms at a different place and not only was the results better after 6 sessions, it was also cheaper.

Nora is so friendly and down to earth that when she’s treating me, she makes me feel very comfortable and not so tense. My treatment takes about 20 minutes and she definitely makes time fly by! She’s very patient and is great at making conversations therefore making the treatment process seem so quick! Thank you Nora for your hospitality!

I’m in love with Laser Away. I had never done laser treatments before so I didn’t know what to expect but it’s actually WAY less painful than waxing and the results last so much longer. I am never waxing or shaving again. The procedure is super quick and the staff is very professional and helpful. I would recommend laser away to anyone. I even got my mom to start going to them.

I’ve used Laser Away for hair removal, so my review is only for that. It’s pricey for sure, but for what I’m paying for, the price really isn’t that bad. After just the first treatment I noticed some serious results. Even after one treatment, I didn’t have to shave my legs as often, and the hair under my arms wasn’t as noticeable. I’m Also doing my bikini and very pleased with the results there.
I also appreciate the service. I had to reschedule an appointment and all it took was one call to find a better time. No hassle at all.

Very professional, polite staff. Clean office. In and out in minutes (laser tattoo removal). Very minimal discomfort during the process. And the best price I’ve found anywhere. Been to two sessions (out of a 15 session package) already seeing a tiny bit of fading :)

The staff at were so sweet and professional. I was nervous I would feel self-​conscious, but the staff made me feel at home. My hair removal didn’t hurt because of the cool air and after one treatment, I’d say 100% of my hair was thinner and about 50% of it was gone. They say you’re supposed to only see about a 10% difference, but my results were much higher than that! I definitely recommend LaserAway!

I like a lot the result of the laser. The machines really are effective. Although i didn’t like the girl at the front desk. She was so nice to me when i arrived and as soon as my paid was done she completely changed her treat to me. But well what it matters is the hair removal.

I found this place online and was looking for a tattoo removal place near my home. Their promotion online said 50% off your first series. I went in for my consultation and they quoted me a different price. When I asked about the special offer they explained that the offer only applied to the a second series purchase. I showed them an email they had sent to me which did not mention anything regarding a second series. It seemed as if i had confused her. After speaking to a manager they were willing to honor the offer. At that point I decided to take my business elsewhere. I was not happy with the discrepancies and confusion.

Excellent customer service, professional technicians, I love this place, feels so good to be hair free at an affordable cost !
