The service here is impeccable! Came in with a friend, without an appointment, and we were taken right away. The lady doing my pedicure was very sweet, and really took her time. She also didn’t pester me with add ons, like other places I’ve been to. While waiting for my friend to finish her manicure, I was offered a bottle of water. They really go above and beyond to take care of their customers. I’m overjoyed with the fantastic service and great price! I will definitely be coming back here!

I’ve been a customer of this salon for about 6 years for nails and eyebrows. They have always been kind but the last time I went there was a new girl working at the front desk area who was so loud and rude. She was hurrying all of the nail techs, asking customers in a rude way what they were waiting for. I’m only giving 3 stars because I love how Ann leaves my eyebrows, but I won’t come back to do my nails here.

Worst experience ever! Went in the workers were goofing around no big deal until the little girl next to me and I seen the end results. My white tip on both feet and hands looked as if a kindergarten child had painted! Her not only nails but fingers were painted. We both ask for them to remove. They began talking rudely about me and the other customer of course they didn’t think anyone understands. And then the guy out burst «the little shit should have told me before I finished». Really that little girl was a CUSTOMER! He’s the professional at least I thought they were until I seen the results!!! They charged me $ 25 to screw the length of my nails and thin them out by removing the mess they made. There are so many other choices. I would recommend somewhere where they at least respect customers.

If you are looking for a relaxing manicure/​pedicure experience this is NOT the place for you. It’s full of kids screaming & running around ALL over the place.
A typical wait time is 30+ minutes, and the average mani/​pedi takes about 3+ hours. The nail quality is just okay, and that’s after you ask them to clean it up. The prices aren’t too bad, but I’ve noticed they reuse opened packages of what should be sanitized nail tools. There is 1 lady who does good designs on full sets, but she’s by appointment only.

I absolutely love this place. I’ve been a costumer going on ten years. I try other places that are closed to my home but no one compares to the way Jenny does my nails and pedicure. She always remember how everyone likes their nails done. I’ve only gone to Jenny and I always have to call to make an appointment with her because she is always busy. I’ve never gone with anyone else but every time I go everyone’s nails and pedicures look great. Every chair is usually full, which is a sign of great work. I highly recommend this place. they are usually busy so I would say call ahead and make an appointment.

So disappointed i was their costumer for over 9 years. I was there waiting for 45 minutes, there was hardly no people and i was ignored the WHOLE TIME!!! Very disappointed not only did they lost me but my whole family!
