Had new sprinkler system installed less than a year ago and now several of the heads are broken. Called to ask them to take a look at it but was told that he is busy and doesn’t know when he will be free. I told him I’m willing to wait but he wouldn’t even give me a date 3 weeks out. Unacceptable! They were very courteous when I hired them and even said that their work is guaranteed. Very disappointed. Untrustworthy!

I scheduled with Oasis tree service to trim some of my trees at a good price even though he wouldn’t give me a written estimate. I called him at arrival time on the first scheduled day and he said his truck was broken. We rescheduled for the following day and he promised to show up. The following day, I called him at arrival time and he told me he had another job and wanted to reschedule for the following day. I told him to forget it. I took off 2 days of work for this disrespect. I don’t even give Oasis Tree Service one star. Don’t waste your time with this so called business.

I received a business card on my fence, so instead of throwing it away I decided to give it a shot and call the # for a FREE estimate. I called the #, spoke with a man about getting an estimate on trimming my trees. He called me lost, after I rerouted him with accurate directions he arrived. As I opened the gate to escort him to the area of my yard that I wanted to receive an estimate, he proceeded to tell me that «his truck was too big for the area». I explained to him that I received his flyer on my fence and that that was how I received his information. He then told me that I «wasted his time and money»! WTF, are you kidding me! I told him that he wasted MY TIME and MY MONEY! NEVER AGAIN will I call a place who has littered my yard with their business cards!

Talked to George yesterday and immediately sent his guys over who are very nice and followed directions. They trim the tree neatly and cleaned up. They are very punctual and efficient. The cost is very reasonable. I highly recommend them.
