Party City

I don’t understand why it takes a month to restock an item. I was just in the store on last week i was told they would restock all the color type candy in a week. since the shelf was completely void of the majority of the candy colors I decided to wait on the few items I had to come back the next week when I was told the items would be restocked only to find the shelves are still empty. And even more empty than last week to then be told this week it would not be in any of the candy till November? that just does not make since to me it takes a whole month to restock a candy shelf? I was then old I could order it on line I am looking for Pink candy. IE gumballs M&M’s pop’s anything pink for my daughters party. little did I know it would not be available on line either… Thank goodness for Amazon because with out them I would not have anything. and this is why I’ll not be back in your store again because every time I go to get anything for a party it’s not there. the isles in this store are never restocked and always out of inventory. I don’t understand how this constantly happens?

I am a stickler for customer service. I used to work in customer service and I think it should be a number one priority for companies of any kind.
This location opens at 9:30 am mondays –friday. I was here at 9:35. I saw employees waiting outside and once they were let in, I got the two kids and went to the door. They LOCKED IT after they let the employees in 5 minutes after they were supposed to be open. So I call and say could you please open the doors. The lady says yes (no apology) and hangs up (rude). So 10 minutes later!!! They come and open the door. I get my shit and get out. Nobody greets me, nobody helps me find what I need. Not even a hello, how are you as I check out.
If you want to be treated like trash, please by all means patronize this establishment for your party needs. If you’re like me, shop online for your stuff from now on. You can get free shipping with coupon codes 90% of the time anyways. I will NEVER set foot in this place again!
