A very pleasant experience I will use them again!
About two weeks ago we decided to add 3 security lights around our house on exterior walls so I went to Costco and purchased 3 LED motion sensor lights. I called different companies to get multiple bids on my project and hired a company with the lowest bid.(Not my best decision, I must confess:) They were supposed to come next morning at 9 am and finish the wiring and installation in a day. At 9:30 am I received a call from this companies manger and was told that the tuck that was coming to our house had a problem with its transmission and they didn’t have anyone else available. I hung up the phone and started looking for another company. After searching the internet I found Pasadena Electrician and scheduled an appointment. Next day Arthur was at my house 8:55 am, he was quick and very professional and cleaned the entire job site with a vacuum cleaner, he was very friendly and always used disposable shoe covers whenever he needed to go upstairs, were we have carpet floors. We were so impressed with Arthur and Pasadena Electrician that ended up hiring him again in two days to install same type of light fixtures in my daughter’s home. I highly recommend Pasadena Electrician to anybody who is looking for professional electricians with great customer service skills.

Hi Unilocalers, I want to share with you my experience with dealing with electrical companies. Three days ago my lights started flickering and after an hour my house went completely dark. I called the utility company and in two hours a technician with SCE arrived and after checking my panel he told me that 200 Amp main breaker is burned and needs to be replaced. He advised me to call an electrical company and get an electrician to fix it since that breaker is my property and my responsibility. It was 7 pm and dark outside so I called around and realized two things, first nobody was able or willing to give me a price over the phone (since I could not tell them what brand was my breaker box and it was understandable why they did not want to give me any pricing over the phone) and second only few of places that I called answered the phone. The one’s that answered were charging $ 89 to $ 99 service fee to come and give me a quote because it was after regular business hours. I ended up going with a company that promised to have a technician at my place in 45 minutes. Two other companies gave me 90 minute time frame.
Technician arrived, looked at my panel and told me that he can fix it on the spot and it will be $ 3450. Needless to say that I was shocked and upset since he wanted to charge me my entire months income to fix something in 30 minutes. When I asked why is it so outrageously expensive he told me that the main breaker, two regular breakers and the bussbar were burned and parts are very expensive. I ended up paying him $ 99 fee and went to bed.
Next day I called all my friends and coworkers to see if someone knows any trustworthy electrician. My friend insisted that I call Pasadena Electrician. I live in Rancho Cucamonga and I was thinking they would not want to drive 40 miles to take care of my problem but surprise– surprise: they did!
David arrived 2 hours after my call, looked at my panel, showed me that bussbar was fine and replaced our main breaker and 3 other breakers. For this same task just a day before another company quoted me $ 3450 since they knew I was already on the hook to pay them $ 99 fee plus it was dark and I needed power ASAP. And here is the shocking part:
Pasadena Electrician charged me just $ 600.

Our electrician Cory was GREAT. We had a 8:00am appointment and he was right on time. We had few outlets that were not working and had been putting it off for a while. But last week part of our house lost power. And we were forced to find an electrician. I found PasadenaElectrician online and boy I am happy we called them.
Top Notch service. Cory was very professional, knew exactly what he was doing. He took the time to explain in plain English what the problem was.

We are already thinking to hire them again very soon for a new project. We own a rental home that needs some fixing.
