The worst owner ever in my life.
1. The owner gave me one day notice to move out. It was the next day after I paid one month rent ($ 950).
2. The owner did not return my security deposit ($ 1000) and one month rent ($ 950) for three month with no reason.
3. So I sued the owner in Small Claim Court and won the case. Judgment was the owner pay me total $ 3960 (twice of deposit and rent, and filing cost $ 60).
4. The owner told me he was bankrupt and has no money to pay back.
I tried all I can do to get the money back, but all did not work.
The owner is just not willing to pay back. The owner seems still doing his business in Pasadena (148 S. Roosevelt Ave. Pasadena, CA 91 107) according to his webpage (
).
I hope there are no more victims.
