I was very glad to tour this facility and see how it is laid out. I was happy to see the temperature and humidity gauges, the security cameras, and see the well lit spacious corridors. The seven days a week access is really nice. The security and back up power seem fine, the access by drive in ramp right up to the desk and elevator are very cool(my car is not on the street and my wine cooking), and available roof top parking with buzzer controlled door is really convenient to drop in and pull a bottle. I like the carts for moving wine and the elevator service has an old school industrial feel, as in a loft. A rather hip place over all with a good feeling over all. The 27 case units are very well made, rugged, well attached to each other, clean, and pained a red wine color with dual locks, theirs and mine. The larger units seem well made, beyond my needs now, but someday… :-) I was happy to see 3 Bordeaux cases slide in with no problem at the back. i have no doubt of the 27 case capacity claims. I don’t need the option to have my wine delivered here but I am very happy to see it if I ever want to change over to using it. My UPS store option works for me now. The Good: Cost is better than some places. the construction is better also. The hours are great. Staff and other tenants I have met are friendly folks. I love the drive in ramps right up to the desk, the carts the quick trip up to the space, the security accesses, all very efficient and fast. The Bad: Nothing so far. The Ugly: nothing so far.
