FINALLY. We had been searching for some specific high end pieces and couldn’t find them anymore. Not in person that is. A neighbor finally suggested patio world. It was all in stock. The salesman was sharp and very accommodating. The showroom was very nice as well. It was such a pleasure to finally get to see and touch what we were purchasing instead of another catalog. If you think about it by the time you furnish your yard… you could have bought a car. We wanted to see what we were buying for that kind of investment. All around it was a very positive experience.

We ordered a simple, low cost, part for a common piece of outdoor furniture from Patioworld. Expecting the order to arrive within a week, we were appalled by the utter lack of communication from Patioworld regarding our part order. We needed to visit Patioworld repeatedly with attempts to understand the status of our order because they never called us. In the midst of this debacle, Patiworld’s supplier delivered our parts to the wrong Patioworld location. Finally, after two months, our parts arrived. There were limited apologies from the staff for this substandard customer service.
Given the extremely poor nature of customer service, we will not bring any business to Patioworld in the future.
