Pipeline Pizza

Great small pizza place tucked away in a strip center in Pasadena. They have your standard pizza fare, as well as more inventive pizzas like the Lost City Volcano that has chorizo and doritos on it.
On my most recent trip I had the Roustabout Pizza that is made with Mozzarella, chicken, garlic, basil and tomatoes with an alfredo cream sauce (instead of tomato sauce).
The crust was thin and very crispy and the toppings were fresh and plentiful — no skimping. Service was quick. They have pick-​up service too.

Great option for pizza. Familiar somehow and clean. Staff is friendly and the Chicken Alfredo Pizza is definitely more gourmet than basic. I’d definitely come back!

The thin crust Jack pizza is awesome. After trying a few different appetizers here, we finally found one that was great. The spinach artichoke dip is one not to miss! The only thing that would make this place better would be if they sold drinks.

I can’t remember a time when I was treated with more kindest and respect. It was a great stop for lunch. The potato soup was great and so was my salad. The portions were right and the prices even more so. We walked away feeling great about our experience.

I’m just giddy at the friendliness and great service. The portions are super for the price. The décor is spectacular and very appropriate! Lots of vintage oil and gas signs! Places that treat customers like this should be in business forever! I wish more businesses would take a cue from Pipeline.

Its my go to lunch place when I am hungry. I always order a Cesar Salad and a half order Calzone. Both are very fresh and filling and the staff is really friendly.

I called in around 7 PM to have my order delivered to my home and they told me it would take about 45 minutes. I figured I would have my pizza around 8 PM. I get a call from the delivery driver at 8:20 asking for my address again because the girl who took my order wrote my address wrong, so I said OK .When the delivery guy made it to my house the pizza was cold so we asked that it be removed from the bill. The driver asked us if we wanted a replacement pizza and we said no. Ten minutes later another pizza was delivered to us. So I thought wow they really are trying to take care of their customers! Five min later the second driver is knocking on our door telling us his supervisor Joey is expecting us to pay for the second pizza. The driver called his boss and I spoke to him. Joey told me I was trying to get two pizzas for free! I told him I wasn’t paying for the pizza because it wasn’t my mistake it was his. I couldn’t believe how ridiculous he was being!

Went here late and was kinda disappointed. The service was poor and pizza really wasn’t special. I rather eat Dominos than order from here again.

We were looking for pizza in the Spencer and Beltway area and stumbled upon Pipeline. Having heard positive things, we were excited to give them a try.
We ordered a 14 inch gourmet pepperoni pizza for about $ 14 and large Italian salad for about $ 7 dollars. The girl at the counter was friendly and professional.
The portions were on point, but the taste was very middle of the road. It’s not bad, it’s just generic and by no means gourmet. I wouldn’t go out of my way for their food, but it wouldn’t be a hard veto if suggested by friends and family for a meet up.
My biggest concern with this location was the manager on duty. She delivered our food without saying a word or smiling. When we asked her for an extra plate for the large salad we were sharing, she huffed and rolled her eyes.
It was a frustrating experience and left a bad taste in our mouth before we had even taken our first bite.

The lady at the front was horribly impersonal. We didnt know what we wanted yet, so on top of not even greeting us, she tells us to get a menu and go sit down and figure it out, as if we’re in the way of all the people that aren’t there. The guy who brought us our food didnt even look at us. One guy there was actually nice. The food was okay, most likely not coming back here again.

Love pipeline, but they downsized their menu :/​No more salad with your pasta & you get 4 squares of garlic bread instead of a choice between a large round of cheese or garlic bread.

Definitely wasn’t impressed by their tiny over priced pizza! However it tasted good & came out hot & fresh!

The food was decent. We went around 2:30 on a Sunday, there was only one couple eating at the time. The restaurant was clean and decorated ok.
We ordered cheese sticks, BBQ buffalo wings, a meat pizza and a spinach and artichoke pizza. The wings came out very fast and were ok. The cheese sticks came out about 30 seconds after the pizzas.
Since we were eating the cheese sticks, I didn’t realize that I had been brought the wrong pizza. I let them know and they said that it was switched with another and that they were making me a new one. Once everyone else was done eating, I got my «correct» pizza. It was the right pizza, only it was missing the fresh tomatoes and green peppers that it was supposed to have. At this point I was over it. I ate one slice and got the rest to go.
Maybe they had a new cook or something, so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt. I probably won’t go back to find out though.

this place has fab pizza and other entrees to choose from So glad to find something of this caliber in this area. I have ordered from here several times and each time I have been very satisfied. The staff is upbeat and friendly. Order has always been on time. I have just picked up my order, so I cannot speak for the delivery service. Pipeline has spoiled me from wanting any other pizza.

It was… ok. Crust was a tad boring. I tried the spicy Cajun and the sauce was somewhat flavorless. I’ll give it another shot, I’m really hoping for a good place nearby.

Made an order for delivery-​it was very fast! Pizza was phenomenal as well! We ordered the margarita pizza and it was delicious! I’ve never been in the store so I don’t know how that service is, but when ordering for a delivery order, I was very impressed!

We went here for Sunday late lunch and there were quite a few tables waiting for their orders. Went to counter to place order. I ordered the Italian sandwich my wife the meat calzone and my little angel had the Hawaiian pizza rolls. I clocked the place order time to meal time at 38 minutes. I knew there would be a wait because it does take time to prepare and cook a calzone from scratch. Keyword is from scratch. They make everything to order the end result is freshness delivered to your table. The cooks deliver your meal to the table. I was impressed with the freshness of the ingredients in my sub. I plan to order a pizza or two next time we visit. I observed many tables ordering multiple pizzas and having leftovers. If I were to guess what I saw, I would say the pizzas are in between thin crust to traditional. It is definitely worth the wait and patience.

I’ve gone here for lunch twice and been impressed both times! So many options, nearly too many because everything looks good! I’ve has the lasagne and that was pretty good. Today I had the chicken Parmesan sub with soup on the side and it was really really good! The soup was potato and bacon and was excellent. The sub came with a side of marinara dipping sauce and was delicious and very filling! I’m definitely getting it again! This place is seriously good value as well!

Good food and quick service. What more can you ask for!

I ate at pipeline pizza for a Sunday lunch. Our table ordered off the signature menu. We asked the clerk which signature pizza was good and he told us that he did not like unusual pizzas (that’s what’s on the signature menu). I did order the pulled pork pizza. The sauce was great. The meat was juicy and tasted good. The pizza came out blazing hot. The only part of the pizza I did not like was the crust. The crust was flavorless and difficult to eat. My kids had the cheese pizza. The red sauce was a light sauce (perfect for my kids which don’t like saucy pizza) and it was super cheesy.
The ambiance of the restaurant was built to look like a southern bbq joint with giant oil signs all over the walls. There were giant screen Tvs (8 – 10) which I found distracting. Why have TVs showing movies on mute? The number of Tvs made for a difficult meal for my kids as they were constantly turning to see what was on each one. One of the Tvs was showing a Spanish romance of some sort which was somewhat inappropriate for my young kids.
Overall I will be back, but think a few tweaks to this promising pizza place would make this a 4 star experience.
