small room with an accordion divider to divide the waiting area and the draw area, but they’re really good here. I have a really intense phobia of needles and it was quick, didn’t hurt as bad as it does usually, the phlebotomist was nice, and they didn’t take a dozen tries to draw my blood.

My teenage daughter is extremely anxious. The first place we went to she pulled her arm away and the phlebotomist refused to try again which embarrassed her and she had an anxiety attack. I called Primex ahead of time and spoke with Chris about the situation. They had a bed so that she could lie down and he was very calm and patient with her when she started to get nervous. Both he and Bianca put her at ease and she didn’t feel a thing. The ONLY place I will take her now!!!
