Nikki was great, very professional and knowledgeable. The other young lady (didn’t get her name) was dealing with a difficult customer (payment issues) and kept her composure and professionalism the entire time. My only complaint would be the restrooms being filthy when Nikki and I were heading to my storage area. Nikki saw this and stated she would put it on her to do list for the day?

I recommend waiting for pricing specials and reserving immediately online when they come up, I missed out on a great memorial weekend sale price :(. This place does month-​to-​month rent instead of a long term contract. Nikki was very helpful and skilled at explaining the terms.

Public Storage was very accommodating with my unusual rental problem and specifically Jessica (199 Missouri Ave N, Largo, FL 33 770‑3763) & Nikki (Pasadena, MD) went out of their way in assisting me with a rental during a difficult and trying time. Their customer service was FANTASTIC!!! Highly recommend stopping in to their locations for your storage needs.

I’ve rarely had the pleasure of dealing with such professional people like Andre at this facility. He went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I had all the necessary supplies to load in and out of my storage unit, assisting with dollies and hand trucks, elevators, and building access even while close to closing hours. If you need storage, deal with Andre the Romanian at Public Storage in Pasadena!
